Remarks

Management is the only thing that is holding around 40000 students here in a single campus, hence making itself as the biggest university in India in campus management is reinforced by its security around 450 security guards, more than 3500 cameras almost

Entrance Preview

I gave IIT JEE didn't clear the cut off so came here in LPU this college is probably the best college in private colleges according to me, that's why i chose it.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course structure is as per the IIT course structure and the faculty here is hard-working and totally devoted to students' welfare.

Internships Opportunities

Sorry, i don't know about it because i have not attended any internships yet with companies last year around 200 companies visited LPU for placements like Vodafone HCL technologies Asian paints.

Placement Experience

3.5

In LPU placements of 2014 -15 has set a record in north India with maximum students placed.

College Events

Events like one world, one India and also various actor/actress often comes here for promotions, that also becomes a source of the festival for us apart from that LPU have their own cultural activities that are held by its own coordinators and those coordinators then organize various different events in the campus like modeling, music competition, and many others.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is as per the facilities provided by them in hostel one of the best facilities are being provided here electricity cut never goes beyond 1 or 2 minutes because they have their own electricity storage here hostel management is very good if anything get break will be repaired in 2 days in case if it is not mischief also good quality water food is being provided.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes i am currently under 30000Rs scholarship that is provided to me because i have more than 70% in 12 class so this is one of the schemes of the scholorship.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life is very nice workshops debates extracurricular activities like group discussions debates and various test that are held by university to enhance knowledge diversity is also here students from almost 30 countries are studying here.

Exploring life at Chandigarh University

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in IT, engineering, management and other fields. The packages vary by company and profile with some students receiving high packages while others get average entry-level offers. Placement opportunities depend on student skills, academic performance and interview preparation. After completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job in my field, gain practical experience and continue developing my technical and professional skills.
