Remarks

Overall this is a good college for all the engineering aspirants. It is among the top colleges in hyderabad.Under the administration of Matrusri Education Society in the no span it has become best engineering college in the city limits. This college is affiliated to prestigious OU and Monitored by the society.In placements also college has done remarkable things and students who get admission here will be around developed during the course period of 4 years.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is good so far. It's really flexible and free. It helps you study and understand things in a easy and precise way. The exam structure here is we have 2 internals along with 2 slip tests for theory subjects and only one internal for the practical subjects. The final exams are conducted at the end of the semester.

Placement Experience

As i am still doing my second year in the college i have no idea about the placements and job opportunities in the college. But the mouth talk from the seniors and alumni members was that placements are moderate and cse gets the most opportunities

College Events

The events in the college are colourful and vibrant. The MCC club in the college organises every event and i must say they are pretty good at it.They celebrate festivals like holi, janmashtami, ganesh chaturthi etc. There are also educational events like tech fests etc in the college every now and then.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is flexible and feasible. It is fixed by the government of telangana for all ts-eamcet colleges and our colleges abides by it and doesn't take extra money from students.It is around 67,000.

Fees and Financial Aid

I haven't heard of any scholarship programs.Loan facilities are available. Students should apply for study loans with their respective banks and coordinate with the college administration to avail it.

Campus Life

The labs are well equipped and have got everything that is needed for better understanding of the subject. Infact our college has got one of the best laboratories among other colleges in hyderabad. The sport facilities are also good with a volleyball court, badminton court, basketball court and indoor sports room.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors here are very polite and humble and are extremely resourceful and easy to talk to.They get along with everyone and provide help(whatever that is) they don't hesitate and are patient and helpful.

Admission

I've got the admission through NRI category through which i have to pay extra fee.I had to submit a copy of acknowledgement that was given to me about the process whuch had to be filled by a NRI which says he/she is referring me.

The faculty here are good. They have got great degrees and are extremely talented in their respective areas. They teach well and use every means and resources they've got for the better understanding of the subject. They are extremely resourceful,humble and professional.

Worth considering for your tech career

Likes

The college starts focusing on skill development from the first year instead of waiting until placements
The campus environment is positive and motivates you to stay productive and keep learning
The faculty is approachable so its easy to ask questions and get guidance whenever needed

Dislikes

The workload sometimes can feel intense during project submission weeks
I would like to see more cultural events and entertainment activities throughout the year
As it's still relatively new so there's no proper placement data yet

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like that the course doesn't feel outdated. Along with the regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects, and problem solving so it feels connected to what companies actually expect. As a second year student i already feel like i am building skills that i will be able to use during internships and placements and not just preparing for semester exams

Building Skills Beyond the Classroom

Likes

The coding culture is the best thing about NIAT. There are very frequent coding competitions that makes students actually learn things and improve their skills.
The faculty members are very knowledgable and supportive. They are also very friendly and helps everyone when in doubt.
The curriculum is totally updated and new. The use of latest technology and AI is very much focused on. Also provide internships from 1st year itself

Dislikes

The strict rules are a bit too much. The pressure is real and becomes difficult to deal with soetimes
There are hardly any cultural activities or programs. All focus is given on coding and tech related programs.
Its still new and no batch has graduated yet so its kind of difficult to record the placement rate

Placement Experience:

No batch has graduated yet so there's no record of placement data yet. But more than 200 students got internships. Also the unique point of NIAT is students gets internships from their 1st year itself. NIAT has connection in the industry also its unique teaching style, this allows 1st year students to get internships. Although there is no pass out batch yet, still many people got placed in good companies.

Remembering College Valuble Insights Feels so memorable being a final year student.

Likes

As i joined into marri laxman reddy institute ,The campus is in a village bakcground it feels so nice to live over their .We do have several sports commisions in our college.
Our college provides sports facility and The campus was so hugee ,The infrastructure is very useful(i am talking about digital teaching lab equipments and all)
The teachers were so friendly with the students and the college has a perfect strcture category for every department .

Dislikes

The teachers were so nice but the college and teachers doesnt support student to enhace the student personal growth.The teachers were take the class by learning the ppt without any conceptutal representing
The infrastructure is good but thier is no maintainance in the college,Campus feels huge but it degradss interms of maintainance and enhance the campus intemrs of neatness .it feels so that after we return back from the holidays
Most importantly,the canteen food is worst.My friend face an incident that he got a dead frog in the manchurian rice.And the food is most coastly maintains low quality

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college course curriculum is outdated .As im studying in computer science and engineering,i wpuld love to study about technological aspects and grow as a software engineering but in the course curriculam they teach my about mechanical workshops,There were no practical experience it jsut understanding the concept with theoritical part . i would love lo code but my college wastes entire time by helping with electricals,meachanical basics. i dont think is it really necessary for me understand in all the feilds they think that student should perform in all the fields as im in computer science and engineering student ,They should teach me more about coding and computer ,how it industries works and how these technology enhacning ,the arenot even explore about all these sectos they only teaching me about fundametals of all the subjects which is never useful for my studies . as i am in final year of btech i thought learning and deepdiving into computerscience and engineering subjects is more greater than learning all sector fundamentals,The area they need to improve is removing some of the oudated syllabus from their ciricullum and enhcing with the pratical experience not to teach only theoritical part. they have to teach all the areas with realtime examples. The timings of exams is very good .we do have 2 mid exams and one semester final exams for each sem and the subjects feels meduim level difficulty

My College story

Likes

Things I liked they won't charge if they put any event,annual day, they will only charge for farewell that's common l thing in every college they don't show any biased over girl or boy , they won't restrict if boy and girls sits together
They kept more events in 1st year we used to attend them

Dislikes

They stopped keeping events after 2nd year
Lecturers are particular to there subjects like they taught CN subject for 2nd year the same lecture is teaching other subject in next semester
Security watchmens are so strict than clg management

Placement Experience:

Only 4-1 students are eligible for campus placements Name of companies are infosys, concentrix, foundever, teleperfomance, Sutherland,uts etc in that only few members got opportunity to join in that companies. Highest package is 3-4lakhs All the companies which were came to our clg placements are based on call center types only infosys is IT side remaining all companies came us to take for the roles bpo industry voice based roles and non voice based roles My plans after completing the degree to search for the job

Good academics , poor facilities

Yeah our clg faculty is so Supportive and knowledgeable
Our college good environment and good interaction
Our clg has better infrastructure like labs and library

Dislikes

Our college doesn’t conduct events frequently
The major one is placement opportunities should be improved
And also adminsrative process is slow sometimes

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start from final year. A few core companies and bulk hiring companies visit with average packages , overall placement percentage is average . So I plan to build more skills and purse better opportunities after graduation

My college Ride

Likes

First thing I like about our college is Infrastructure.
I also like the clubs and events for improving students creativity and leadership qualities
I also like faculty coordination with students for clear understanding.

Dislikes

Lab system maintanence is poor sometimes
Some faculty are not skilled and cannot communicate properly.
Library is not accessible for final years frequently due to some rules.

Placement Experience:

Placements of this year college are moderate and still going.Companies approach our college Example: Capgemini, Infosys, Accenture and cognizant.We have to clear some rounds to select in interviews.Im still not offered any placement and trying to get in next companies.Otherwise my plans would be doing masters in abroad.

Likes

New infrastructure when I joined it is like a old structure now they are improving it
Teacher's are very nyc to us I don't know about the juniors
Peaceful no sound pollution u can enjoy it as much as u want

Dislikes

Favortism like some teachers only care about some students
Money everything should come from the student's pocket
They force u to pay the college fee as soon as possible or else they put lot of charges

Placement Experience:

Final year is eligible for campus selection Microsoft turtle Accenture wipro mahindra etc., near to 50 54 lpa is highest but it is out side the campus lowest is 2 lpa 100 people 40 percentage will get job Job and bussiness don't know When will be the layoff so sidde hustlel

Likes

Sufficient time for developing skills in various fields
No financial pressure on students for examinations
Comparatively better placement rate and stats

Dislikes

Campus size, it is very small and insufficient
Infrastructure is very minimal and doesn't look like an engineering college
No hostel facility for non-locals, no bus facility for day scholars

Placement Experience:

The placements are comparatively more in this college, as there is more industry exposure. Students are eligible for placements from around 3-2 (3rd yr-II sem) to 4-2 (4th yr- II sem). Companies like Amazon, Cognizant, NCR often visit the campus. The highest package offered last year was 1.2 cr (International offer). Around 90% students who were eligible got placement. My plan is to get a decent package after the degree.

The equipment and training classes are really good

Faculty is not that good they are not aware of the topics they are teaching itself amd they are learning along with the students idk why they hired them as professionals to teach us

Placement Experience:

Campus placements do exist , and it really depends on the person not much on gpa the highest was 40lakhs per annum one time , the lowest was 3lakhs , it really varies time to time but nowadays with advancment in AI and more competition placements aren't really guaranteed
