BVM is very good college in academics, for good technical education BVM is one of the best colleges of gujarat.The campus is not that huge but it has veey good wibes and good network among students, and also among students and faculty.
Course Curriculum Overview
BVM is autonomous institute and having very good and advancely decided syllabus for particular branches. Also every year whenever required the course is corrected for better gaining knowledge by students.
Placement Experience
Placement scenario is quite in fluctuating situations as during some year some branches having good placements record and then other year that branch may not get good placement likewise.Talking about internship , they are not providing internship but faculty guides students for that and the fees of internship provided by college aftee successfully completing the internship sincerely.
College Events
Mini techfest : GENESIS , in genesis there are many technical events for particular branches and also non technical and fun zone in college. Main event of the year : UDAAN, udaan is celebrated every year like a festival having another level brightness inside it , having many technical events and non tech events and fun zones, and full of joy with celebrating days like signature days, cultural nights including some performances of dancing , singing and the most favourite garba night.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Yes, the fee structure is veey feasible as the BVM having some branches under Government, so like civil, mechanical , computer engg. , electrical , electronics,IT. And some self finance branches are Electronics and communication , mechanical( having both Self finance and gov.) are also feasible as compare to other engineering colleges.
Fees and Financial Aid
Talking about scholarships , there are lots of scholarship available for students to get financial helps during academics. I didn’t get any of them as I got addmission in TFW(zero tution fees), but students can get scholarships for their accommodations cost, and stationary costs like MYSY scholarship.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities are quite good. About sports it is like too behind to provide sports facilities to students and like veey rare activities for sports and some of them are also non feasible.All the labs are very good in sense of performing practical and wifi facilities for computer labs.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is quite good as per its budget.It’s not that excellent facilities like other universities as they are built up in 1950s.But hostels have been getting renovated by funds available and new hostel also going to be construct , may be complete by 2021.
Alumni/Alumna
BVM has the most legendary alumnies ever. Talking about seniors , they are helpful or can say supportive in extracurricular activities but not as good in academics activities.so for helping and solving problems at academic level seniors are not as good as in extracurricular things.
Admission
I got admission in birla vishvakarma mahavidyalaya by appering in GSEB examinations and GUJCET examinations.After those both examinations the merit list announced and the merit list can give you a particular number throughout Gujarat as per your examinations scores.I got addmission by ranking called ACPC ranking in TFW quota.
Faculty
The faculty of bvm is the best because of their teaching experience and their completition of degrees in IITs and NITs.The faculty having good , kind and supportive nature for helping students for their queries.
