Remarks

There are many positives and negatives. Positive being that some of the teachers are really nice towards us and they spend time like friends, and some teach really good and they see us as humans. Negative being there are so many selfish teachers. Now about the college, the facilities are not so good, even the college canteen is not really good, they have to spend some money and has to change to lot, Believe me, a lot is to be changed.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is very good and strict. The students are required to study by taking maximum effort, otherwise it’s a bit difficult to pass the exams. Talking about the exams it’s 8 semesters each odd semester exams are held in December and even semester exams in May

Placement Experience

The placements are okay or not that great but still it’s okay. I will college do not provide internship we had to go to outside construction. Companies to acquire internships. And the life in our college is not much to talk about because it’s only study study study.

College Events

There are many events in a college You have the arts festival known as Saaya and technical fest known as Aathma. And then we have Onam celebration and Holi celebration. Then the college conducts various seminars and motivational classes.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is so much expensive it’s about Rs.75,000 for a student per year so it will be like 75,000 per year equals three lakh after four years. Sometimes it’s hard to cope up with the face structure but that the Centre government provides various scholarships

Fees and Financial Aid

I did not get any scholarships from our college but I did get once from central government and I got about 25000 rupees and was able to reduce my fees up to that amount and I was also able to get AICTE scholarship.

Campus Life

Sports and all are really good, it is conducted by the students, so we are able to interact with every one and yeah it’s nice. Now the labs, to be honest, they are so old, some equipments and all are Stone Age stuffs, but we are still able to do some work, thank God.

Alumni/Alumna

There’s no comment actually, they have no touch with us. We just spend our time with our classmates and study together. Whoever passed out from our college, they are all minding their own work. So we have to take care of our own works and studies.

Admission

I appeared for the Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination in the year 2017, and was able to secure enough marks for me to qualify the so said examination. As I have qualified for this exam, I was able to apply for admission in my college and I got the admission based on my entrance examination marks.

Some are good and some are hard to even stand next to. Mainly it is our civil engineering department that I say stubborn head of department and I am she thinks she wants the college to make her the principal of the college.

Good life memory

Likes

College ambience was too attractive. Friendly atmosphere ആൻഡ് very nice hidden spots and food spots inside the college
The faculty was too supportive and encouragive nature that was also in studies and extra curricular activities also that be very kind of them
There is not only aim to study but also encourage the extra activities. The management was also very supportive to students and also the faculties.

Dislikes

There is very strict to attendence. There was not to bunk the class every hour there will take the attendence and there will be absent they autimaticaly send sms to registerd phone
There is too many exams and assignments that will be little bit problem for students
Canteen facilities little bit bad in my college life time. There was not that much food veriety

Placement Experience:

From 6 th semester onwards campus placement taken. There was coming in bcs, infopark, wipro, etc. Companies are mainly appeared and also many other companies came select many students. The main companies take students in cutoff 8.5or9 cgpa. And some other compnies take students they have backpapers.

Likes

The overall environment here is great. Students coming from different backgrounds make us more capable of meeting new people who have different ideas and that makes things easier,apart from achieving technical greatness ,curtain clubs are here
These clubs gives opportunities to gain new skills and to showcase our existing skills, sports clubs are also present which will help improve skills in sports
Cultural clubs , technical clubs are also present here to aid in your interest

Placement Experience:

Upon reaching s7 students are invited for campus placement but they have to pass different criteria to become eligible for attending the interview, a minimum cgpa of 7.5 and academic skills a these are the basic requirements and an aptitude test will be given and in further selection these criteria are looked. I plan on pursuing a job after completing by btech. More than half the students in a batch are getting placed usually.

Likes

college provides nice venue good study environment
provide library facilities and lab facilities

It is so far from the main road a lot to walk

Students can get internships from First sem. Students become eligible from 7th sem for campus placement . The average package begins from 15000/- to most highest package of 25000/-. The percentage of students getting paced is 20-30%.I have been planiing to go to higher studies.

Campus, comparing from nearby college this college had good visual beauty may be because of the college been part 2-3 movies. Visually the college are too good with nature

Dislikes

The Placement is weak as there is no opportunity to get a proper core based job from what you studied mainly job opportunities come from call centres which doesnt require Btech to study. This personally felt too sad to be here to get placed in core.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As of the college comes under Ktu syllabus it has already has demerits of the university. Curriculum basically doesnot provide a realworld application uses. Just creates a knowledge on the course (and thats doubt) We need to courses outside the college to get the core jobs outside

The college provides a good atmosphere to truly get a job in the competetive world if we are willing to work for it.
They heavily monitor attendance to make sure that you take your classes so that you perform well in your exams
The facilities provided by the college are good as there are several labs and workshops for hands-on experience

Dislikes

The campus life can get boring and it feels like we are in a rat race.
Some teachers can be a bit apathetic towards the students.
The number events that encourage social interactions in not many

Placement Experience:

The students are elegible for campus placements from the 7th semester and almost all students get placements provided they don't have any subject yet to clear at the time of placement. There are several companies that visit the college for recruiting including but not limited to TCS, CTS,etc,.

The campus is a package pf greenery and the culteral events conducted there are good at the end
The faculties are good and maintain a decent teaching style
The sports activities are well maintained here

Dislikes

The hostel mess and the food is a bit not good from my opinion
The hostel doesn't have adequate wifi to accommodate the entire strength of students residing there

Yes the college is providing placement facilities and the College has its own placement and industrial relations wing that is said to study about the current industrial requirements and provide the adequate amount of training for the students

These companies provide placement for all the branches of the college. 90 percent of the students get placements. I prefer to go for higher studies after getting the degree.
