Remarks
Our college was established in 1947. It is very old but still maintaining its Dignity. There are many other colleges in Jabalpur but none of them are as good as our college. Our college has many facilities for students making student life easy and convenient.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is very good. It includes theoretical classes as well as laboratories for experiment. Our course is Semester based and it reduces the burden of syllabus on students. We are required to give exams at the end of every semester.
Placement Experience
There is a Training and Placement Office in our college which provides us information about different job opportunities and we get to know about the packages our seniors placed at. This is very helpful for us.
College Events
There are many events and fests which are celebrated in our college. Tech fests, Sports fest and many other competitive events are also organized. College also provides fund for events and we also gets sponsorships from various companies such as Swiggy, Zomato etc. Recently, Aavahan sports fest was organized in our College.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Our college fee is very reliable and less as compared to other technical institutes. It just costs around 25000 Indian rupees per Year including Exam fee and other additional fees. It is a blessing for those whose family condition is not so good.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college provides Post metric scholarship for Categorised students. Also there are many other scholarships provided by government of our state Madhya Pradesh. Also scholarship section provides help regarding scholarships that a student can avail.
Campus Life
For extracurricular activities, our college has a separate Sports office and ground for different sports like Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton and a Ground behind our college Specially for cricket. Also, there is a room for playing Table tennis and Chess.
Alumni/Alumna
There is a very wide network of alumnus of our college. They often visit our college and meet us with a great energy and also tell us about their college life. Our seniors are also very good and helpful. Whenever we meet them, it makes our day. They tell us about upcoming challenges in our college life and situations they've faced.
Admission
On the basis of rank I secured in Joint Entrance Exam - Main, I was allotted "MITS, Gwalior". Then I applied for Upgradation and then "Jabalpur Engineering College" was allotted. I again applied for Upgradation but didn't got better college and that's how I got admission in this College.
Faculty
There are so many faculties for each subject. Many of them are M. Tech. graduates and many are PhD graduates also. They teaches us in such a enjoyable way which we can not forget. They are not only faculties, they are our inspiration.
