BMSCE is dream come true college for above average students. Well infrastructure and well equipped college with sports and other extra curricular activities. Excellent placement records. What else do you require from a college.

I am first year student. Course curriculum is very up to date as per the growing technology and curriculum is update at various times. Exam structure in 3 internals (Best 2 of 3) + 1 Sem End per Semester. Two semesters per year. 4 year BE course. Credit Based Curriculum.

Being in the Silicon City of India and also being one of the most reputed organization in Bangalore, BMSCE provides well exposure to placement and job opportunities. Internships starts from 6th sem. You can even work as an intern right from 1st year under the faculty and other industries. College has placement cell. Most of the students gets placed in in-campus placements.

PHASESHIFT - Technical Fest in Odd Sem in which there are various flagship events of various departments. Some of them are MAKE-A-THON, FURYROAD, GIRDLOCKED, PENTAGRAM, HACKATHON and much more. UTSAV - Annual Fest of BMSCE in Even Sem comprising of Cultural Events, Dance, Drama and varius other things. One of the most entertaining and enjoyable fest of colleges from Bangalore. KREEDOTSAV - Annual Sports Meet comprising of all games and sports inter college tournament. Annual Hostel Fest.

For COMEDK students - approx 2L college + 1.85 Hostel FOR KCET students - approx 40K college + 1.85 Hostel A bit expensive for Comedk and all india students. For Kcet students feasible. But the money is worth the facilities college provide for labs and classrooms.

There are scholarships for students but I haven't availed any of them. There are reserved seats for North Eastern States and Union Territories and even for Jammu and Kashmir Students under GOI and PMSS quota. They have their own scholarship under the respective state.

Labs are very well equipped. College has computer labs, EED, labs, Mech Labs, Physics and Chemistry Lab, 3-D printing Lab, Surveying equipments and every other equipment/lab required for Engineering course. Sports is also well respected. We have indoor stadium, one outdoor stadium, though small but okay. All necessary sports kits and equipments. Time to time practice and Tournaments enhance the game furthermore.

Hostel costs around 1.85L - 2L.per year. But the infrastructure and facilities are worth. The mess food is pretty good and the menu is also updated regularly. Some of hostels are outside campus but are in walkable distance of 1km - 1.5km.

Senior are all very helpful. Hepls junior to get go with college environment easily and also with notes and other stuffs. Ragging is strictly prohibited in college campus. Alumni visit time to time for various conference and to guide junior's regarding startup and other ideas.

Appeear for Entrance exam for Non-Karnataka : COMEDK, for karnataka KCET. Fill up forms for counseling as per schedule in various rounds. After seat allotment in counseling rounds come to college for admission confirmation.

Maximum faculties are PhD and Masters Graduated. Well experienced and ready to help always. Students feel easy to interact with them. Also their PG and Doctorate courses help us to choose our career options from vast variety after UG.
