Remarks

Positive sides of my college are good teachers. their behavior, good students, etc. Negative side is our college established in a small city. That's why some students don't wanna admitted on our college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Our graduation course is semester type. Every 2nd month we have to gave a internal exam and every 6th month we have to gave our final exam. Exam structure good. Maximum of the students got maximum no.

Placement Experience

4

If you get good result then you will got a chance for job. They don't gave any internship. It's a govt. College for graduation not a college for mbbs, mba, any other things. First of all you have to got a good no then you can give a competitive exam for job.

College Events

4

Many many events are celebrated in our college. And that events were awesome. I had seen some of this events 1. Freshers welcome ceremony 2. 50 th year celebration 3. College social etc. In that event they had hired some popular artists

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible not so expensive. It's a government college that's why government gave us some scholarship for higher education. They help us to became a good human being and became a successful person.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college is not a private college it's a government college that's why there is not so good scholarship. Government gives us scholarship for well result. There's some scholarship like vikas bhaban, minority, obc, sc, st, etc.

Campus Life

4.5

Our lab is awesome. Some departments has not so good lab but math, biology, geography, chemistry, physics has the best lab. Our college is also good in sports. Our college has a department on sports.

Hostel Facilities

4

Our college has no hostel but there's a guest house that's medium type not so good or not so bad. There's no hostel so i can't tell you about any hostel. If we had a hostel then we could be thankful.

Alumni/Alumna

Some of the Senior students are helpful and some are not. They guide us properly. If we need their help they are always stand by us. And some of the seniors didn't help us for anything we want from them.

Admission

First I filled up my application form for admission through online in a computer center. Then my college published a merit list. Then I selected for admission. I paid the admission fee. Then they verified my documents. Then I got my admission.

Faculty

4.5

Our college's faculty is good. Our college teachers worked hard for us. Everytime they tried to gave their knowledge to the students for good knowledge. They treat us like their son and gave respect to all of the students.

Placement Experience:

People who major in my department usually opt for masters over placement not because of this college but because overall industrial or academic opportunities are better with a pg degree. Masters from this college is not recommended as i have heard so from my seniors. Some of my seniors managed to crack competitives and secure MSc seats at great places. Training and Placement cell had a good coordinator previously but now its almost non existent. Companies do come and hire Bpharm, Mpharm and MSc candidates. Packages are below average. Only Nestle pays well. But if you do well you'll eventually climb up the corportate ladder. From the time i am here i have not heard of any BSc candidate getting placed. Most go for higher studies.

Placement Experience:

The average package offered for such roles ranges between ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package offered to a BSc student is around ?4 LPA, depending on skills and specialization. Overall, around 15–20% of BSc students get placed through campus drives, and many students rely on off-campus opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very relevant as it provides us an overall knowledge of biology and not dividing it into various sections rather giving us an insight of every aspect of biology. It includes everything such as microbiology, zoology, botany, physiology, molecular biology and so on.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Completely relevant. As the college is autonomous it has its own syllabus. Which matches with the net gate jam exam syllabus. When someone came our college for seminar they strange that we know this much. Exam are quite difficult in 2 months interval.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was well thought out as per me but there were subjects that i found absolutely unnecessary. Subjects like history evs and clc were in no way related to my course. Coming to the main subjects Design, Printing, Photography and film and Media Training were absolutely necessary for my course and whilst the faculty for some of these subjects were really bad, some were good. It is also important to mention none of these subjects actually helped us prepare for the real world. Instead internships and freelance helped us more than these subjects could ever do. Exams were held bi monthly to keep track of what we learnt and every 6 months we had our semester exams. Overall if you want to be a media professional INTERNSHIPS AND JOBS WILL HELP YOU MORE THAN A COLLEGE WILL. I am biased on this opinion as my college didnt provide me with the correct guidance and support i needed to make it in the real world.

In case of computer science department, placement is provided at the Last year of M.sc course. Many companies like Wipro, b10x, Tata visited here. Highest package ever is three lakh per annum. 20-40% of the students got placement after completing M.Sc computer science. My plan after B.sc is to pursue MCA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

* It's all about practical knowledge, we are getting from this course and another aspect is if you wants to make your career in research or lecturer then you should go for it. *No changes required in teaching methods but if college will provide hostel facilities and campus requirement drive, then it will better for candidates.
