Remarks

College is good in its practical knowledge and helps every student to shine in the outside world without facing difficulties. Teachers are strict with their work and hardworking. The focus is more on setting business.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

It is a skill enhancement course not theoretical. It focuses on practical knowledge and we also got the experience to work in factories. We ran our school canteen also as our course is on specialization in food processing.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, I had done an internship in one of the best dairy companies in the world and that is Amul in Anand, Gujarat. The experience was amazing as I got exposure to each and every dairy product manufactured in the industry.

Placement Experience

3.5

Those are good but the focus is more on entrepreneurship but jobs are of good quality and our internship experience worked helpful in getting jobs. Job payscale is good. Placement is through personal interviews.

College Events

4.5

Events like freshers and farewell are conducted. There was a treasure hunt in which many adventures are done. Every year an open day is celebrated in which the course which is good at display its products and even sells them.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is quite feasible. It is up to our reach. This counts for every year of a maximum of up to 6000 Rs. For every course the maximum fee in college is 11000 Rs. Even the poor people can study in college with not many expenses of even hostel.

Fees and Financial Aid

For poor students of income less than 2 lakh per annum, there is a scholarship program that gives money equal to their course fees. Formal documents are to be submitted to their respective faculty and then they get money in their accounts.

Campus Life

3

Focus on sports and extracurricular activities is more. Every sport like badminton, basketball, volleyball, race, discus throw, etc are played and opportunities to go and play at the state level is given by the college. Students are rewarded.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel infrastructure is good and feasible. The food is good. Morning breakfast, afternoon lunch, evening snack, and dinner of good quality is given. Every day the food changes. The warden is helpful to every hostler.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, they help in project works, to reach to teachers, to know the rules and regulations of the college. Ragging was banned in college so seniors were not involved in it. Those who were good in sports help to teach juniors.

Exam Structure

The exam is conducted every 3 months. In between every day, there are small 10 marks tests of each subject. Exam every three months is conducted as subjective and daily tests are objective. Exam of the internship is also conducted as viva form.

Admission

Initially formed for a particular course is filled through online mode. Then according to percentages in the 10th and 12th merit list has come out. In that list, I got my name. Then a written test of objective type is conducted. Then those who got minimum marks got a call for an interview. The result of the test is displayed online. And the personal interview is taken. After some days result of the interview is displayed on their website. And the selected students are called for counseling and they got admission after payment of fees.

Faculty

4.5

It is very good and friendly in nature. They too are hardworking and support each student. They also had a great knowledge in their respective fields. The faculty were more in favor of entrepreneurship than a job and focuses more on that.

Placement Experience:

BHU is a well established university in every department. But some are less developed like DDU kaushal kendra RGSC BHU Mirzapur. After internship in 4 semester students become eligible for campus placement. There are limited company and agencies releted to Hospitality and Tourism Management are connected with us. About 3 to 4 lakhs of average platform if someone also actively looking forward to and only half of students get placement. Due to the not only companies but also at student end they are not capable for service industry with required skills sets. I am now planning to pursue PG in management courses from central university like BHU DU UoH etc
