College has a good atmosphere for studies as well as extracurricular activities. The clinics are the base for any doctor. The outpatient input is a great source for our knowledge. And the surgical departments are too excellent
Course Curriculum Overview
The total course consists of five and a half years and this includes four and a half years of study and one year of internship in the hospital. Second year consists of one and a half year. It is mandatory to pass in first year examinations to enter into second year and it is mandatory to pass in the final year to pursue internship.
Placement Experience
It is mandatory to do a one year internship in the teaching hospital. And after the completion of one year of internship in the hospital mbbs certificate and registration are issued. The monthly stipend is 16,000.
College Events
College day in the month of April Sports day in the month of September Freshers day in the month of August or September All the nss activities will be performed Blood donation camps are organised every year. Hostel day is celebrated in respective hostels.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible. It is a government college and the fee is 10,250 per annum. A student can avail scholarship if eligible by producing the income certificate and the fee will be reimbursed by government and extra maintenance charges are also given.
Fees and Financial Aid
Education loan will be provided by all the banks. The college will give an estimation for the entire course and the banks will approve it after proper verification of documents. The state government gives scholarship which can be availed by a student whose parents annual income in below 1lakh
Campus Life
We have labs in all the departments Anatomy, biochemistry, physiology, pharmacology, microbiology, pathology, forensic medicine laboratory in the non clinicals. Sports like cricket, volleyball, football, carroms, chess, ball badminton, shuttle, table tennis, athletics, throw ball, throws and etc are available.
Hostel Facilities
I am a hosteler. The facilities are okay. Not that good. The hostel is situated in an area of 9 acres and consists of two blocks which accommodate 300 members. 150 in each block. Ground is available to play sports - cricket, volleyball, football, ball badminton, shuttle court, carroms, chess, running track.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni of our college is very supportive. There is an alumni GMCANA members from North America. They extend a great support in the college activities. They are a backbone to the development of the college
Admission
I have appeared for eamcet exam in conducted in Andhra Pradesh and telangana and secured a rank in entrance exam and got the seat here. The counseling will be held by ntruhs university and the allotment letters will be given during counseling. A fee of 10,000 must be paid per annum
Faculty
Very good. With huge patience they carry their daily treatment of the patients in the ward and after that they teach case takings and their related discussion in the clinical postings and there will be theory classes in the afternoon in college.
