Remarks

The university is very good. The faculties and the management is very deceplined and the infrastructure is great. The students love the environment. Also the events and fests keep the students interested and active.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course curriculum is structured and updated on the basis of latest trends in the education system. And exams are held semester wise. There are 2 semesters in each year that means 6 semesters in total. In 3rd year, the students have to do research project on any topic that adds a great value to their resume.

Placement Experience

3.5

Yes, the university provides placement to the students by conducting various placement drives. Students also need to go in summer internship programs every year which give them field experience and practical knowledge.

College Events

4.5

The university not only focuses on studies but also focus on the various co-curricular activities. Their an Abhiruchi Club which consists of several teams keeping in mind the hobbies and students interests. I-tech is a technical club, Panache is the arts club, Stride is the sports club, Rock-on is the cultural club, M-Factor is the management club, Images is the publication club, Responsible Invertian is the social activities club. All these club manage the events and take care of their part very well and also perform as a great team. Various events, seminars, workshops, National and International Conferences, Cultural events, and inter-college competitions occur all round the year. Invertia is one the main and biggest annual fest of the University.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is quite feasible for this course. It’s ?50, 000 per year Which you can submit in small instalments within a particular time. You can also get some concession on the yearly fees if you have any financial crisis.

Fees and Financial Aid

Don’t have any idea about this as I didn’t availed for any scholarship program. There is one student exchange program which gives the opportunity to the student to go abroad for six months and get education there.

Campus Life

4

I have already mentioned about Abhiruchi club in one of the above answers. It’s a great way to get involved in the events and extra activities. University keeps on conducting various awareness seminars through which they can award the students about their surroundings.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, the experience as a student was very nice. The seniors are very helpful, we keep in touch with them and created a great bond which helps in future either for career related advice or for further studies.

Admission

I got the admission on the basis of my 12th percentage, their criteria was that the marks should be above 55% in 12th standard. I took admission in this unversity because this is the only institute in Bareilly that offers the course of Bachelor of journalism and mass communication.

Faculty

4

The faculties are well experienced in the field of media and journalism which provides great insights and knowledge to the students. Also they give the best practical knowledge and develop skills in them. Students take more interest in practical learnings than that of theoretical ones. Faculties share their years of experience with the students and inspire them with their dedication into the work. Faculty also help in guiding the students if they have any problem or if they need any counselling session.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for internship and jobs related to their courses. Department provides numerous opportunities and offers to students for enrolling in different internships and they help you get that. In bajmc I haven't seen any senior getting enrolled in a news channel yet but they do provide internship opportunities at other companies which may be alright. Most students get placed for internship somewhere or the other. My plans after getting the degree is to get back to news.
