Entrance Preview

I written EAMCET after my Intermediate and I got 67000 rank and after that I wanted to go long term to get good rank but I just went counseling to see which college would I get , so I got four options and I chose this and I got this college so I decided to join this college because many of my friends recommended this college and this was very good location and good in the list.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Before I attending the counseling only I wanted to choose computer science branch only because it was my favorite branch and I selected this particular branch in this college and the course was very good and the subject would be related to all computer science subjects and programmable languages. The labs also related to writing programmes and learning new technologies it was very fun to learn those subjects.

Internships Opportunities

The internships provide by some companies when we were in final year and when we were doing our project work and some of them selected in their internship programmes and the general stipend would be 10k to 12k and the internships would be very useful to your career and it will give confidence to work after the company projects.

Placement Experience

4

The placements were good and so many students of all branches got place on of their own fields and the companies conduct recruitment process when you are final year in the college and the recruitment process was very good and companies like infosys and tcs and wipro and Ibm came and conducted recruitment. The packages also very good an per year 2.8 to 3.2 packages provide these MNC companies. It was good experience.

College Events

4.5

The events conducted by students of every branch and who was studying third year students.there was two fest conducted by students tech fest and cultural fest and the tech fest was very useful to students of other college also there were several events like paper presentations and robotics and so many study related events conducted by students.and then after cultural fest , it was very fun and full of enjoy and after college also provide some annual day celebrations it was very fun and there would be dance programmes and several other events also there.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee was reasonable and I paid counseling fee only which was 34000 per year and some of them were management quota and there fee would be higher than counseling fee and the fee also pay to every year and the library and transportation charges were not included.they are separate to tuition fee.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college did not provide any scholarships and the sate government provided at the time when we were studying and that scholarship was only for poor students who were unable to study and who's father income was less than two lacks they were eligible for this. Most of them got this scholarship and the total four year course tuition fee claimed by government only. It was very good scholarship and the loan facility wasn't there when were studying.

Campus Life

4

The campus was very beautiful and very pleasant atmosphere.the infrastructure also very good and it was country side and the labs were good and neat maintained and every instrument was there in the labs. The sports also very good and huge foot ball and cricket grounds were there also basket ball ground also there. Many internal games also there and the events also conducted by seniors every month. It was fun and experienced.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel was good and I actually did not stay in the hostel. My friends were staying at hostel when we were studying and they said it was good faculty members and the rooms also good and food was average and the other activities also good in their hoste

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni was good and we enjoyed a lot and the seniors were very helpful to us every time.they clarify every doubt about the college and the subject doubts also they helped us. They taught us how to conduct events like paper presentations and other events at tech fest. They were friendly and very helpful.

Exam Structure

The exams were conducted by university as well as the college, internals conducted by college and externals conducted by university and there was only one semester in first year of all branches after that there would be two semesters of every year and fir

Faculty

3.5

The faculty was good ,when we were in first year some of the faculty same to all branches because the first year all subjects were same to all branches and only one semester was there.after that different branch different faculty members and they were rel

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like that the course doesn't feel outdated. Along with the regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects, and problem solving so it feels connected to what companies actually expect. As a second year student i already feel like i am building skills that i will be able to use during internships and placements and not just preparing for semester exams

Placement Experience:

No batch has graduated yet so there's no record of placement data yet. But more than 200 students got internships. Also the unique point of NIAT is students gets internships from their 1st year itself. NIAT has connection in the industry also its unique teaching style, this allows 1st year students to get internships. Although there is no pass out batch yet, still many people got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college course curriculum is outdated .As im studying in computer science and engineering,i wpuld love to study about technological aspects and grow as a software engineering but in the course curriculam they teach my about mechanical workshops,There were no practical experience it jsut understanding the concept with theoritical part . i would love lo code but my college wastes entire time by helping with electricals, meachanical basics. i dont think is it really necessary for me understand in all the feilds they think that student should perform in all the fields as im in computer science and engineering student ,They should teach me more about coding and computer ,how it industries works and how these technology enhacning ,the arenot even explore about all these sectos they only teaching me about fundametals of all the subjects which is never useful for my studies . as i am in final year of btech i thought learning and deepdiving into computerscience and engineering subjects is more greater than learning all sector fundamentals,The area they need to improve is removing some of the oudated syllabus from their ciricullum and enhcing with the pratical experience not to teach only theoritical part. they have to teach all the areas with realtime examples. The timings of exams is very good .we do have 2 mid exams and one semester final exams for each sem and the subjects feels meduim level difficulty

Placement Experience:

The placements are comparatively more in this college, as there is more industry exposure. Students are eligible for placements from around 3-2 (3rd yr-II sem) to 4-2 (4th yr- II sem). Companies like Amazon, Cognizant, NCR often visit the campus. The highest package offered last year was 1.2 cr (International offer). Around 90% students who were eligible got placement. My plan is to get a decent package after the degree.

Placement cell is least active.. Few good companies like Infosys, amazon, TCS etc visited but the average package is of 1-2 LPA and only 25-30% of students whose all exams are cleared can sit in the placement cell. The highest package is of 8LPA. My plan is to move abroad for higher studies.. The students after completion of 6th sem can sit in placement cell

Students become eligible for campus placements after their 6th semester. The companies start visiting in 7th and 8th semesters. The companies are not much good and are mostly service based. So the placement statistics are also not much good. The highest placement last year was 10 lpa and the median placement was around 4.1 lpa. The placements were starting from 2.5 lpa. The better option for students is to apply for off-campus placements or start preparing for competitive exams
