Remarks

Even though our college was coed, we were not supposed to talk with girls, if that were allowed, many students would have also developed socially or personaly. Overall it is a good college and not great.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The important part of learning is attending the classroom and being attentive because this leads to a better understanding of what the basics and engineering concepts are really. This then lays the foundation for further years. Then in the later months comes industrial visits followed by placements in the last semester.

Placement Experience

3.5

Most companies that come to our college are from the IT industry, like 90% to 95%. Then some of them were core industries.

College Events

2.5

There weren't any sports day until 2nd year, then as a student request, they conducted it. Then we didn't have our own college symposium till 7th semester. We would annually celebrate our college day every year and each department will be given 20 mins to perform any form art or culture.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My fees were 1,40,000 per year, the breakdown of the fees is 60000 for fees then 40000 for mess and 40000 for bus, that was little above average than any other college had collected, we can come to college only by college bus and not personal transport. The same with food.

Fees and Financial Aid

I haven't personally opted for any study loan. There was a scholarship for students who are the first graduate in their family.

Campus Life

4

Our college was coed, we were not supposed to talk with girls, if that were allowed, many students would have also developed socially or personality. Then I was a professional football player and was part of the college football team, we had took our college team to semifinalist in my 6th semester.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no such thing called as alumni network, they barely had contact with their alumni's, if anyone had achieved anything, if they tell that, they would inform to other students.

Admission

Personally I like electrical engineering and wanted to pursue my career in it so opted Bachelor of engineering E.E.E, then I already had some of my friends and family members studying in that college, so I decided to join that college, steps include, Getting admission form and submitting originals of marksheet and other proofs, then finally fees.

Faculty

3

Our department had a faculty strength of 20+, their average age would be 30 to 35, Most of the teaching faculty members are Phd, Masters degree holders and they were professors and Assistant professor pay grade, then all the Bachelor degree holders are lab assistant and other technical teaching faculties.

The specific aspect which is great future on IT Field of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course. The curriculum prepared me to solve tough real-world logical aptitude test and coding test. The course curriculum is only based on the theory in several areas. My suggestion is to improve that too in practical manner for better real-world understanding. The frequency and the timing of my exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level is 2hrs.

For my medical field i feel some subjects are unnecessary in my view point like the community medicines. I feel anatomy weightage should be more compared to buochemistrand physiology. I would like them to improve the chapters and remove chalters that are unnecessary so that we medical students can concentrate on whats inportant rather than studying everything and stuffing our brain.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course based on the content of the University curriculum which was strongly followed by the institution. All the departments follow the University syllabus both theory and practicals. The maximum number of students for the MSc course is 10 but we were 2 in my class and the faculties ( 10 faculties in Biochemistry, 12 faculties in Microbiology, 8 in Hematology and 6 in Pathology, 4 in Genetics (part of Hematology and Pathology) and 2 in Epidemiology and Biostatistics) as of our time in both theory and practicals. In addition, there are many laboratory postings where you learn even more. There were atleast 5 Professors, 9 Associate Professors/Assistant Professors, 7 PhDs that directly taught us. The University exams come on October 15th of each year, there are 3 Internal assessments and 1 model exam. If you go through the internal assessment and the model exam, the University exam will not be difficult for you.
