The college in overall has great management with good teaching faculties.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Course and the Exam structure are relevant to the scope of studies and with the course. The teaching was mainly experiential and practical based learning that help the students get a thorough insight depth knowledge in the subjects and the course. There is frequent Industrial visit based on the course.
Placement Experience
Currently, Philips India recently had a campus placement to hire research intern. The placement department groomed us with the necessary details to clear the interview.
College Events
Annual fest, sports events, Arts and cultural events are celebrated annually. Other religious events such as holi and Biswakrama puja are also celebrated. Technical fest and mini-projects are done to compete with other colleges. The college also greets the newcomers with a grand induction Program.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The Program fee is not s expensive for the M Tech, but in comparison to other colleges, it is a little bit high. The College doesn't prefer cash mode for the fees. DD, Cheque NEFT, IMPES are the mode of fee payment that college prefers. There are no additional fees except for the admission and tuition fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
For M.Tech the only scholarship available is for the single top ranking student. The scholarship is in the form of a 50% tuition fee waived off.
Campus Life
The gender ratios of girl to boys are 40 to 60%. There is no difference that college shows in terms of gender, race, religion, politics or economics. All are treated equally and are given equal chances. There are often different extracurricular activities like robotics mini-projects.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors of our department are very supportive and also help us in any of our doubts if we approach them. They are ready to pass on their knowledge and ex[experience for the betterment of us. Even they include us in their research projects.
Admission
Due to My working Experience as a design engineer, I wish to pursue my career in the field of designing. So I choose Masters in CAD & M in a reputed college like Symbiosis University. The Admission Procedure included an exam conducted by the University itself and followed by document verification.
Faculty
There are many faculty in our department within an average of 30-50 years. Many of the Faculty are PHD holders or are continuing PhD from the same college. Many of the Faculty also have exposure to industrial experience. They have in-depth and practical knowledge of the subjects which also helps our learning smooth.
