Remarks

It was a good experience for me in this campus throughout the year. I have felt that the department of commerce have taken so much effort to identify talents and has given that push many people require to take up responsibilities or actions.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course and syllabus is a continuation of 11th and 12th commerce. It's relevant and updated and not very hectic. Internships is a part of the curriculum and helps students to gain an industry exposure and also to apply the theories learnt in the corporate world.

Placement Experience

Companies come to campus for both internships and placements. Internship stipend average would be 15k Placement packages vary between 2.5 lakhs p.a to 7 lakhs. Companies that came for placement includes EY, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, KPMG, Deloitte, Deutsch bank etc to name a few

Fee Structure And Facilities

Apart from the admission fees, fee is to be paid in 3 lots each year Fees vary according to course. Regular bcom has an Average fee of 60000. BBA has an average salary of 80000 per year College also have professional courses which have an average fee

The following criteria are generally given the most consideration: Academic Achievement – Grade Point Average Community Service Demonstrated talents and abilities Leadership Ability/Skills Educational & Vocational Objectives Commitment to education and community Financial Need (may be a factor, but seldom an exclusive factor) Quality of application (complete, neat, well written, etc.)

Campus Life

The College has around 40 associations (clubs) like debate, quiz, choir, NSS, CSA, drama, dance and music teams, business teams etc. The College also adopt zero tolerance policy against ragging and discrimination of any sorts.They provide a good atmosphere for learning. Gender ratio would be 6:4

Alumni/Alumna

There is a good Alumni association and they are constantly involved in the progress of College. They offer some scholarships and have undertaken activities to increase placements and many other activities

1.Merit List 2. Interview was just a formal conversation with the principal Procedure varies according to the course some have test and interview and some may also have group discussion. I chose this College and course because it was ranked 8th in the country.

Faculty

Most of the faculties are PhD holders and are good at what they do.some are exceptionally good. Many of them have min 10 years of experience. They are very supportive and take actions to help students finding the subject difficult.

* Once the boards result come out you need to apply for the college, along with the application fee. * After consolidating the marks and creating a merit list, you are called for a counselling round. * You will be required to select the course during the counselling process and that will be the final.

Remarks:

This is the best college for me. The teachers are very friendly and they teach very well. Our principal is the best. Our seniors are like our brothers and sisters who guide us everywhere.
