Remarks

College is good but more development is needed.the faculties are teach to the students in a systematic and easy way to understand by the students.the college is approved by University grant commission and naac.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of my college is good.there is an committee to prepare industrial oriented curriculum in the college.when we go deeply that there is an five units per subject.and our college is also mainly focussed on communication and soft skills.These subjects are the additional subjects.

Placement Experience

The college maintains training and placements cell by it's own.nearly 200+ students were placed in the last year with salary package of 15000 to 25000 per month.The mainly MBA students get placements.

College Events

Our college celebrates lot of cultural events in the academic year like college day celebrations which is celebrated at end of the academic year. the other cultural events also conducted in our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the college is good.The fee structure is designed to help the below poverty line students ie., poor students.if you getting 75% above in diploma it is very beneficial because college offer scholarship.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college offers scholarship to SC,ST, BC students of jharkhand state only.the college also offer scholarship to the students after they getting more than 75 % in their diploma or intermidiate students.

The college also encourage the students extracurricularly along with academically both are in balanced condition. The labs are also good maintained regularly.in the college mainly students interested to volley ball and cricket.

Hostel Facilities

No I am not a hosteler IAM a day scholor.The hostelers said that there is an three type of hostels provided by our college first one is INR10000 per semester and second one is INR15000 per semester and finally third one is INR 25000.the 25000 rupee hostel is good.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Most of the students now they are doing training and some of them are doing jobs in various sectors both public and private with average salary ranges from INR 20000 to 25000 after getting experience get more money.

Admission

The college admission process is done by both merit of diploma in engineering or intermidiate marks merit and through entrance examination conducted by the university.if you are getting more than 50 % you get admission easily.

Faculty

The faculty takes special care to the students for the both academically and culturally.The faculties should take classes regularly.In daily seven periods is there and especiallyeach period consists of one hour.

Campus location is good but there is shortage of shops.
Professor are good and supportive and you can keep bike sk questions whenever you needed.

Dislikes

Mess food is not so good and if you taking hostel it is compulsory to take mess
Transpotation facility is not so good and you

Placement Experience:

From third semester students are allowed for internship and about the placement is about 5 to 6 lpa .Many students here are preparing for government exam like gate ,ies isro ,barc etc. And if you are not satisfied by placement from campus you can try off campus.

At the starting phase of college , we have a beautiful campus (which is not ours actually , its on rent ) loacted at Namkum, Ranchi. known as JUT campus, but after that things are not good.
Some what I liked the sports culture, but we don't have any sports Club yet.

Dislikes

Placements(actually there are students who are the coordinators for the placement group , there is no any particular advisor or any TPO head is there earlier...now there is one TPO coordinator but things are becoming worst there.
No grounds for any sports, we don't have badminton court indoors, so we have to wait for wind to settle before we can play outside.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my branch is Electronics and communication engineering but my major interest lies in development area , i have gained all the skills in my college by my own taking some guidance from the seniors as they are very helpful and supporting. Improvements in course curriculum could be like they have to basically add one more course or any training program to help students for making skills and teaching them for their placements.(apart of the course , i am saying not because i am from ECE department , its common from any branch student)

Likes

I like their rules and regulation of college.
I like the annual sports, event, and cultural program.
Regular classes, labs, and time to time internal exams

Dislikes

Thing that I don't like is hostal cleaning, mesh food.
I think there is more rules and regulation for senior boys hostels.
From senior boys hostel they pass some comment to the girls

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course is the proper mindset from the class I chose to study btech. The areas for improvement in the course curriculum are more labs to be conducted proper smart classes to be held.

Likes

the return to investment in this college is very fair.
the infrastructure in this college is very good and still developing rapidly .
the fee is very affordable and the surrounding market is also cheap.

Dislikes

the reservation is very high and sc & st community gets so much advantage .
the college is located at outskirts of main city Dhanbad .
there is some sort of ragging culture which is also present here. Talking about the girls to boys ratio it is 25 to 75.

Placement Experience:

The placement stats of BIT Sindri is quite impressive because the core branch placement is too good . it offers around 90% placement to branch like mechanial , electrical , mining , metal. technical branch placement is also improving yearly.

Infrastructure of the University is good enough and also going on for new building
Labs and machineries are updated and in good condition.
Non teaching staffs are helpful and genuine.

Dislikes

Administration make fake promises and discontinue.
Some staffs are egoistic don't think of any one.
Canteen food prices are not affordable. It is too expensive for middle class students.

Good university for those who want degree only not job as they will say 100 percent placement but never make their promises and yes they will also send you in depression so be strong and believe in your self.

Likes

the greenery of college campus is very nice
the environment of the college is very good
college library staffs are very well behaved

Dislikes

the faculty is not up to the mark , u will not be satisfied by their teaching
student intake is very very less so you will experience less competition
the college campus is beautiful yet very small

Placement Experience:

yes campus placement is offered . the average package is about 7 to 8 lakhs in C.S.E , the placement rate is about 90% for which above 7.5 CGPA is required . The placement rate for E.C.E and E.E.E are also decent .

Experience of an undergrad

Likes

college have great environment good facilities needed as per requirements ,college also have good spacious hostels and we can say better food comparing to what i heard from friends of different colleges ,the evening time is soothing and relaxing
a great senior junior interaction culture and memorable friendships letting you forget the world outside the campus, every festivals are celebrated with joy and fun ,from leaving a family to moving to another one you would love.
some of lectures are quite boring but some will amaze you with visionary thoughts ,every faculty will guide you if they see you lagging behind the course ,some extra sessions are also conducted, introducing new fields to think out of the box

Dislikes

things which i wish might get some improvements are sports facilities big grounds for sports activities students encouragement towards co-curricular activitiy, co-curricular activities get more support to come out with glorious and imagining skills.
fests do contain fun but due to time constraints before fests planning of amazing activities becomes difficult thus leading same things going on repeating, absence of good team leaders leading activities plays major role in activity failure and bored
night out time is a small problem, the area close to college is developing hence not having nearby much places for fun and chillouts spending your free time relaxing.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is average as during 2023-24 it was recession period all over the colleges are facing placements lags but still college students managed to achieve 22 lakhs+ off campus as well as 16 lakhs on campus placement.The college reached his highest placement of 51 lakh during 2023 ,the average package is 5-6 lakh and the placements percentage are 85 percent for cse students,the students completing 7th semester are eligible for on campus placement drive as well as off campus,some of the prominent companies visited are Microsoft, cognizant, samsung, byjus,infosys and 50 more.I will prepare for gate and after that i will try to get on and off campus placements which i will find better accept the offer.

I have already applied for Amity, Usha Martine, Sarla Birla, but the fees of those college are too high and don't found a good atmosphare.
