Remarks

Good college but you will have to find opportunities of improvement by yourself and try to improve your own self in the field of interest. Its bit difficult to cope up with the studies as well as the extra curricular activities but you will have to manage things accordingly in order to succeed and excel.

Course Curriculum Overview

Courses are good and there are a lot of variation according to your field of interest. Exam comprises of three phase being internal, mid sem and the final examination. Lab tests and comprehensive viva are also conducted.

Placement Experience

Placement is good. Training for placement is provided beforehand which comprises of training of aptitude, reasoning, Vedic mathematics and coding. Companies for almost all branches come. Internship is allowed to students who get selected in on campus placement.

College Events

There are a lot of events celebrate. It comprises of both technical and fun. Technical events of various branches are entertained and fun events include celegance, diwali night etc. There are lot of exciting prizes and motivation provided to everyone.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee Structure is reasonable as compared to other private colleges. Our fee comprises of 1,15,000 course fee, 15,000 ssepl fee and 67,000 hostel fee if you stay in the hostel. Hostel are well maintained and clean.

Fees and Financial Aid

College does not provide any scholarships or loan of its own but students who come on study loan are welcomed and accepted with open hands. College provides lot of facilities to attain scholarship and excel such as motivation and participation for hackathon and other competitions.

Campus Life

There is a cricket ground, basketball ball court, badminton court, baseball, billiards, swimming pool etc. Gym for both boys and girls separately is provided. Labs are well equipped with all the instruments.

Hostel Facilities

I stayed in the hostel for the first year. Its reasonable and clean. There is an apartment with the facility of ac single room also whereas there is hostel also. Girls hostel as well as boys hostel are well maintained and taken care of.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Ragging is strictly prohibited and properly taken care of. Seniors are very cooperative and helpful. They guide very well about the rules and regulations of the college and help us whenever required. They are soft and friendly.

Admission

I got into the college through my JEE rank and score. I had to enter my jee score and rank in ojee site and then select the college and branch of my interest. According to the merit list I got this college and branch.

Faculty

Faculty differ from branch to branch. The faculties are very cooperative and help you in and out whenever required. They can be visited for doubts. Every student is assigned a mentor whom they can access during any grievances and problem.

The environment of KIIT is best for student as their are students from all over India you learn many things other than just your course.
The college life for the students at KIIT is awesome as the architecture of the university is designed for students to explore every possible thing required by any student.
The fest of KIIT is just best the students enjoy those days the most.

Dislikes

As for me their are no flaws that I can say I dislike in KIIT.

Placement Experience:

The placement was quite good. The one who is disciplined and willing to get placed and surely get placed and the total average was around six LPA and the highest package was 53 LPA, which was offered by the atlassian

Likes

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

Likes

Beautiful campus with lot's of space and with good computer labs
They conduct exam in very smoothly manner

Dislikes

Need to improve administrative building while submitting fees many students face problem
Lab session of some subjects are too long which is around 3 hrs which need to reduce for atleast 2 hrs

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.

Have collabs with IBM, Samsung, Capgemini for RnD and NUS singapore , University of North Texas
Our college has hosted International Conferences like IEEE InGAARS 2025and Indocrypt 2025, where scientists had came from NASA, ISRO, all IITs, Foreign Universities, etc
Exposure is Good. The teachers here put efforts to teach and research. Unlike other colleges where teachers comes and roll out PPTs, here every teacher teaches on Board explaining everything properly

Dislikes

Few teachers speak in Odia accent, so it takes couple weeks to adjust
Campus is kind of small (36acres), but its good area for a IIIT, considering IIIT delhi is just 25 acres
3 occupancy hostels for 1st years (same goes for any other NIT/IIIT), but they have a option of single rooms from 2nd year

Placement Experience:

from 6th sem, students are eligible almost 100 companies visited including IBM, VISA, Infosys, DE Shaw etc. Highest is 63 LPA and avg is 12-13LPA 90% placements I may consider doing MBA if I dont get very big package

From 6th sem of completion eligible to sit in placement called by campus placement in university. Companies like accenture, techmahindra,tech bee,and wipro comes for hiring. Highest package till now is 29 lpa and lowest is 1.5 lpa. Average package is 5lpa. Mostly 80 percentage of students getting placement from campus drive. My plan after getting degree is getting job from campus drive.

The professor who taught in our class they are taught is best In teaching.
They provide you many opportunities to work upon on you.
The infrastructure of college is good and huge.

Dislikes

The campus is very vast, and you have to walk for every minute of work.
The are very serious about your study and what you are doing
The gate get closed if you get came late even it's 5-10 minute late.

Placement Experience:

It's good as many company come but the placement directly depend on your study and hard work of your 4 year and a pre placement also conduct in 3rd year where you can also get placed. For placement the student should secure 8-10 cgpa for sit in interview exam.

I gave her and applied for colleges like bit sindri, lpu, chandigarh university but was not able to get bit and lpu was to costly which was out of budget for me . An Honest Look at Life and Learning at CV Raman Global University

I chose CV Raman Global University over some other colleges I applied to mainly because it offered my preferred course with reasonable fees, decent infrastructure and an acceptable placement record. I had also applied to a few government and well-known private colleges, but I could not secure admission there due to higher cutoffs, strong competition and rank limitations in entrance exams. Compared to those colleges, CVRGU provided quicker confirmation, flexible admission timelines and a clear course structure, which made the decision easier. The admission process was smooth and student-friendly, based on eligibility criteria like minimum marks in Class 12 for UG courses, and it accepts exams such as JEE Main along with merit-based admissions. Comparing to different colleges such as iter or kiit universities then here you get good opportunity to participate in different clubs and show off their skill infront of the officials .
