Remarks

Overall it was okay. Management should work on improving not degrading

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

No curriculum was not worth in what was we having at that time. It was 90% theoretical that was not necessary. I must say Indian education system need some better amendments in curriculum. Practical work should be more. Teaching technique should be improved

Placement Experience

3

10%. Almost 10 companies visited. Process was complicated. Students didn’t get proper exposure for placement drives. They have to visit other colleges so Drives

College Events

4

There were Annual Fest and Alumni meet on regular basis. Annual Fest is quite big Many colleges within a radius of 100 km participate in them. There were technical, cultural and many more options. In alumni meeting there were int action between old and current student for betterment of college

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was feasible and mode of fee deposited was manual we ave to stand in queues for fees. Breakup was transparent. There was no extra charge to book seat. Yes there was proper info and transparency in fee breakup’s. There must be now more mode of payments

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, They do provide various scholarships. I have taken SC scholarship. But is was lucky me that someone told me about it. As there were no info given to students

Campus Life

3

It never intrest me so I am not much word to say something about it. But ground were good, Sports facilities were great. Yes mostly student diversity is from Haryana they are very arrogant as they don’t know how to behave. Religion was not point concern

Hostel Facilities

4

Yes. Hostels were in basis of sharing Rooms are spacies, proper ventilation. Washourooms are the area need to work on. Average Hotels fees was 20 K Annually. Good Market area within hostel campus. Hostel timmings were perfect as per area

Alumni/Alumna

Yeah they were very helpful as they give expose what is going on industry what kinda skills are required

Admission

I have opted for computer science as I have interest in computers as per my rank and category made me to take admission here. Also it’s a government college so fees must be reasonable. Process was simple AIEEE Exam- then Result- There was online counselling- seat allotment—Physical appearance and document submission at college

Faculty

2.5

Average. Being a government college teacher we’re just Okay it. As it’s a platform for students growth that they were having aren’t good enough to mould students for better professionals. I just. Appreciate 2 of my teachers one Mr Ajay Jangra and Mr Pankaj Diwan

Placement Experience:

Since the first batch of VLSI is yet to be placed I would take example of ECE for reference. Out of 110 students which sat for placements , 91 got placed , median of 13 lakh with avergae of 16 lakh and 61 lakh highest on campus. These are of 24-25 and this year placements are better as even apple visited us after an hiatus of 3 years. In core electronics , Samsung Rnd , TATA electronics , Cadence , Micron etc visited for tech , UKG , PhonePay , Oracle , Accenture etc vist in consulting and finance , Mckinsey , JP Morgan , GoldmanSachs , AmericanExpress visit. After my btech I plan to do a job.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course plan around 7 out of 10 in terms of relevance and depth. I chose this course mainly because it includes core tech subj like DSA, DBMS, OS, AI and cloud, which are useful for jobs in tech field. The presence of lab work and proj based learning also influenced my choice. The curriculum gives a fair base in theory and basic prac skills. It helps in campus place prep and also builds base for higher study like MTech or MS. But real world skill still depends a lot on self study, online course and side proj. Some topics feel updated, but a few subj are still too theory heavy and not linked to real case use. Exams are held twice as mid test and once as end term in each sem. There are also quiz, viva and lab eval. The level is moderate. If you attend class and revise notes, it is manageable. For improve, more live proj, hack event, ind visit and case study should be added. Teach method should shift more to code demo and less slide read
