M.Tech is of two years as it is a P.G. course. The course is divided into semesters to make it easy on the students. Syllabus is on a very advance level so the students learn to new things and broaden their horizons. Exams are held after every semester and this helps the students revise their syllabus so they don't forget their learning.

Their are a lot of great opportunities served to the students by the college. They can go to on-campus interviews. The college also do a special selection for the bigger companies. Through the help of college most of the students placements, almost 60-70 percents gets recruited in different companies.

The fees is bit more than feasible but less than expensive. The students have to pay 85,600/ INR for the first year and 77,500/ INR for the second year and the total becomes 1,63,500/ INR for two years course which includes examination fees, registration fees, tuition fees and other fees with all the facilities included.

The college offer many scholarships to the students of the college but the students will have to work extra harder to achieve these scholarships. The students with high rank in JEE mains, students who get more than 80% in class 10+2 and in NATA, there are a lot of other opportunities that the college offers to the students.

There are a lot of events that college organizes for the students; they can social events, fests,parties,etc or these events can be educational like seminars, speeches, lectures, workshops,etc or these events can be of sports like competitions like football matches, crickets matches, etc. There is not a lot of diversity in the college as most of the students are from Punjab.

The process to get the admission is very straight forward. For P.G. degrees you should have 50% aggregate in your bachelors and your merit in your GATE. After you have qualified the selection round you will have to appear in a common entrance test (CET). Before applying you should remember that this university has reservation of 85% seats for the students of Punjab and only 15% for the students of other states.

The faculty teachers are well trained and very knowledgeable in their subjects which also helps the student get a clear ideas of the topics they are learning. Some the teachers have qualified competitions like NET, JRF, etc.
