Remarks
I don't have any negative experience in my college life. But I do have positive. The most optimistic point of my college is that the professors are very friendly. Apart from this, I got a very well groomed friend circle who helped me a lot in my studies and also in any of my difficult situation.
Course Curriculum Overview
I wad basically a Computer Science Engineering student. It is an undergraduate course of four years duration on theory and practical knowledge of both computer software and hardware. The minimum eligibility criteria for this course is Higher Secondary Examination. I had to secure minimum of 55% to get CSE as my subject.
Placement Experience
Our placement cell takes the initiative to unveil the brightest future opportunity of each individual student. The services that are carried on are: 1. Professional, personal and academic help. 2. Project exhibitions, in-house projects, internships and industrial visits. 3. Symposiums, seminars, workshops and conferences. 4. Interview preparation and preparation of CV. 5. Personality development, In-house training in aptitude, team skills and time management. 6. Off and On Campus recruitment. Internships are also carried on in our university. But I never took part.
College Events
Apart from studies, several conferences, workshops and internships take place in our university. The workshops help us to get a clear concept of our future ambition and we used to get proper grooming from it. The internships help us to have work experiences and also to get a proper stipend.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is absolutely feasible. Every single being can afford studying in this university. In case anyone is financially weak, our university help them to get scholarships based on their marks.
Fees and Financial Aid
Apart from eligible state and Central Government Scholarship, they offer scholarships for students based on their performances in the Examination conducted by University every year. A financially backward person can easily afford if he or she have an excellent merit.
Campus Life
Apart from studies, we have several other curriculum activities like sports, cooking, games, etc. Our teachers give equal importance to all the co-curriculum activities apart from studies. We have learnt from our college that we need to sharpen our extra skills as well.
Hostel Facilities
My college made me experience a great hostel life with nice infrastructure and excellent food quality. The hostel rate is affordable too. It also provided good water facilities. Our rooms were well furnished and clean.
Admission
I got admission here under Government quota and Management quota. Government quota takes place through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions Counseling and Management quota takes place through consortium ranking. The marks in Higher Secondary Education by students in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry are considered in order to get admission here. For OC - 50%(General Category), BC- 45% (BC and BC Muslim), MBC, Sceduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe - 40%
Faculty
Our faculties are very well versed and caring. They used to explain every single chapter in detail. In case we were unable to understand any of the program, they used to discuss it as many times required.
