Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very elaborative and in some semesters you get the chance to think if you have taken the right decision of taking this very particular stream because it has vast topics to learn and it is basically mathematics based and in some semesters there are also topics ranging from communication (in the later semesters).

If I talk about the internship as far as I can remember was not provided by the college students were on their ownselves to catch an internship and if I talk about the placement of the college it was good most of the companies come for IT and CS since the demand of these branches are more and students also get the chance to sit for those packages irrespective of your stream

College Events

Annual fest, sports fest and every function throughout the year is celebrated well in this college students enjoy the fest so much that they get drunk to the level where they don't know whether they are enjoying or tensed.

Hostel Facilities

No i have not opted for hostel because I was a day scholar and my place was harly 10 kms from the college but as I have heard from my classmates the hostel is average the rooms are well ventilated the food is not upto the mark and the major blow off is they cut the electricity of the hostel during the class so that students not stay at room and don't attend classes.

Admission

I got admission on the basis of interview and written test (because I got admission on management seat). I am an electronics and communication student and I took it because it is more of technical and analytical based.you can go to hardware as well as software companies plus the electronics and communication has a wide range of scope.

Faculty

The faculty was very seasoned and with vast area of knowledge it made them class apart, not a single faculty as far as I can remember was less than holding a degree of M.TECH which makes you feel positive in them when you get a chance to learn from knowledgeable people it is kind of privilege for you.

The course curriculum for tech branches still need to be improved as many important courses are not taught due to lack of faculties. The college still lacks necessary required labs for many branches which can give students hands on experience and make them industry ready. students from 6th sem are elligible for the campus placements , very less tech companies visit in our campus that are also local companies offering 3 lpa apx package , non tech companies visit the campus more , offering upto 7 8 lpa , companies are Jaro education , geeksforgeeks ,HCLtech , superhouse etc etc, approx 15 16 students got selected by a company , the average package are offered are 4.5lpa and max according to be is 9 lpa , oncampus offer students are mainly placed through off campus at good package like 6lpa , 16 lpa , 20lpa , oncampus is maximus 7lpa apx 25% students are placed on campus 10 11% offcampus

Placement at KIT is decent . If you have have good CGPA and good knowledge of of subjects you can get a decent package . Remarks:

Our college is developing so with the passage of time its facilities are increasing enormously. And more over our college is very good with supportive facalities and good classmates too. The one small bad thing for our college is that the transportation. Its some what poor.

I applied to Delhi University but they did not have btech so I did not select that college. Apart from this I applied to rkgit and niet but they were too far from Delhi. I did not get rejection, I just couldn't join them because either they did not have the course I wanted or they were too far from my home. My college admission process is pretty simple, you can take direct admission by visiting the college or fill councelling online and select this college. One needs to score around 3 to 4 lakh rank in jee for cse branch in btech and for other courses jee is not important you just have to score more than 60% in boards for pcm....Read More

My review on Inderprastha engineering college

Other than IPEC, i wanted to join SRM Chennai. I was not able to join cause i was late to application and the only course that was available was Biotechnology. So i joined IPEC, in year 2021 it was under top 10 category for top colleges of AKTU. And also it was close to my home. Easy transportation, close to home, nice infrastructure. The admission process was quite easy, it took almost three days for me to fulfill it. And out of that one was only college tour day. Other two days took to fees submission and all documents submissions. The eligibility was decided by affiliated universitythat is AKTU, which is most of the time around minimum 70-75% in PCM. Life and placement

I choose this college in 2023 because my uncle said this college is good according to my 12th and jee percentage marks whether this college also known for their placement before the corona time but when I take admission , now college is totally opposite because there is no forth year in the college so companies are not coming and placement rate is not good and there average packages is below 4 lakh.
