Entrance Preview
I took CET and AIEEE , but i wrote only CET Karnataka and i got a rank 5625. I got bmsit college in Rural cota , I choose bmsit because the is good and placements was very good if u put the effort . I choose electronics and communication because while i choosing the course i thought that if we choose electronics. I can go for hardware as well as IT field so i choose the ECE.
Internships Opportunities
I have not attended any internship during my engineering but our department will encourage for internship. If you have informed to department, and the department people are very cooperative, coming to the stipend if u have below income of 1.5 lakh. engineering.
Placement Experience
The placements in the BMSIT is very good , Every year almost 90% people will get placed but in our batch only 75% of people get placed .During our placements around 35 companies have visited to our campus they are Ericsson ,Congnicent ,wipro, NTTData, KPIT, Techmahendra, Directi,Bosh, Etc. I got placed in Ericsson and Directi is the company who offered the more package its 11 lakh package and 2 of them got placed in it .
Fee Structure And Facilities
If u selected in a CET Govn seat the fee will be very less its around 45k every year its very less when compared to the other private colleges .The management seat will be very expensive when compared to normal govn seat its should be around 3 lakh as my friend paid know it should be more expensive .
Fees and Financial Aid
Coming to the scholarship u will get a scholarship from gov of karnataka if the income is below 1.5 lakh and if u got marks above 60% every year. I got a scholarship of around 75k duing my engineering , i dont no much about the loans because i dint taken any of loans.
Campus Life
The ratio is 60:40 of boysand girls ratio . There is a one sports room for entire college and one gym is available our college will encourage for both sports and studies equally.
Alumni/Alumna
As i have just passed out students i don't no much about the Alumina network , but the alumina interaction will happen every year 30th of jan. Alumina is good as well as students and the institution because we can bridge the communication via alumina.
Faculty
The College Faculty was very helpfull for any sort of help related to the college problem. There are saparate faculty for Accounting and cleaning department. The garden in the bmsit is very well maintained by the faculty.
