Remarks
The positive point is that you would be really good at social life. Negativity is that studies needs to have to a little bit more focus. They have to work a little more on scholarships. As a government college they should reduce the fees.
Course Curriculum Overview
Since I am a student of B.tech, we study 8 subjects in each semester accordance with our branches. There are 3 class tests that we have to give, the third one is not mandatory if you want to give it then you can if you don't want to then you can leave it. At the end of the semester there are final exams of each subject.
Placement Experience
The placement and job opportunities depends upon then branch you are in. I f you are a student of Computer Science or Information Technology, the chances are high that you would get placement by the company that visited your college If you also have to be good and strong with your concepts. This is the first time in college teachers are thinking about internship for students.
College Events
All the national events are being celebrated here. Beside every branch have their own festivals that they celebrate. There are many programs like singing, dancing, rapping, Ramp Walks etc. in this festival that runs for up to 5 days.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Before the admission you have to freeze the seat of the college in which you are going to take the admission and to do it you have to pay 20000 Rs. At the time of admission you you have to 99275 Rs if you you require hostel plus 4000 Rs for Hostel Managements Committee. To be honest it TOO much expensive for a government college.
Fees and Financial Aid
If we talk about scholarships there two major scholarships, one of them is UP scholarship and the other one is National scholarship. If you're residential address is of UP and your father's annual income is under 200000 Rs then you are eligible to apply for the UP scholarship. Else you can apply for National Scholarship.
Campus Life
There are so many clubs and any student can be a member of any club and to get membership you first have to qualify the auditions. after that you have to go for practice with other members of that particular club for future performances. If we talk about labs they are neither in good condition nor bad.
Hostel Facilities
If you have opted for hostel first you have to pay 14500 Rs that would be included in your fees of Admission. You also have to pay 17000 Rs for the Mess Committee. The hostel in which I am residing contains 42 rooms. In each room there are 3 student and in some of them there are 4 students as well due to the lack of no. of rooms.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni are actually really good and seniors as well. Alumni usually come here and share their experiences with other students. Seniors are also good, they are helpful. If the network would be a little bit wider that would be beneficial for us.
Admission
Firstly, we had given an entrance of UPSEE. I qualified the entrance of UPSEE . According to my rank that I have gotten in UPSEE. We had to choose colleges in which we wanted our admission, and I chose this college and I was selected to take admission in this college.
Faculty
There are both Assistant professors and guest teachers.It depends on the strategy of the teacher that how easily they can make us understand a particular concepts. All of them have their own different ways of teaching and some them are good at making things easy and some of them are not.
