Remarks

Faculty provided good facilities to the students with all the necessary things. The disadvantages are less because the management tries its best to provide everything good to the students. Now even the management tries to renovate the old building in the following academic years.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is based on the intellectual thinking & strategic way of thought regarding the security affairs of the nation. The course structure also provides a wide knowledge in preparing for the competitive exams. The exam pattern is like in total 3 years course you will be having 6 semester. Each paper has 100 marks(internal 50 external 50). Since this percentage of mark allocation may change because of higher education board. Interested and eligible candidates are always motivated in order to pursue their higher studies in this field.

Placement Experience

4

Like every college we do have a placement cell which brings all the department together by having a placement cell coordinator from the students side. That helps to know the job vacancy in the society. The internship program for our department can be done in think tanks like Chennai centre for China studies and lot more.

College Events

4.5

Cultural fest, webinar on technology, international conferences on the strategic relationship between India and China, dhokalm issue, terrorism, NSG and its career opportunities. These international conferences were taken part by the specialists in the particular field which give an idea to the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible. This is due to the good administration of the management which provides better quality of education to its students. The management gives acceptable amount that can paid even by a middle class family. There is no donation for admission. The college provides admission purely based on merit list.

Fees and Financial Aid

No. I haven't opted for any of the educational loan as am not eligible for it. But in case if you want to opt for one, you can contact the college management to avail those scholarships. Please do check the eligibility criteria as it changes according to the scholarship provided.

Campus Life

5

There is no discrimination of gender in the campus. Everyone are allowed to show their talent to everyone. There are number of competitions conducted by each department and inter college competitions too. College proved a neat and highly equipped lab for science department students and library with huge number of quality books provided to the students and the faculty members.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

I am a day scholar and this made me not to choose college hostel or any PG. But some of my classmates have opted for the college hostel where they will be paying an amount of around 50000 to 60000 which includes transportation, food, and basic needs.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors interaction with the Juniors was good and friendly. The chances of job suggestions are less due to most of them choose competitive exams after their graduation. One such senior was placed in armed forces.

Admission

The aim of getting into armed service and for preparing to the competitive exams made me to chose this course. Procedure for admission : 1.Apply through online at college website portal(which will be released during the month of May) 2. Wait for the short list. 3. Attend the counselling session on the date provided to you with your parents 4.provide all the necessary documents mentioned in the application form.

Faculty

4.5

They are all well knowledged persons having specialisation in particular fields like defence studies, political science, terrorism, etc. which helps in learning better. The doubts are welcomed from the students in order to provide a clear knowledge of the subjects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well-structured and covers both theoretical and practical aspects. It provides a strong foundation for higher studies and career opportunities. Internal assessments and semester exams are conducted regularly, with a fair marking system. More industry exposure, internships, and skill-based training would further enhance students' learning experience.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The department of English not only offers good education but also so many values to lead our life. Faculties were so friendly in clearing students' doubts. There was personality development course to improve students' personality. Students had to choose any other subjects other than they are studying for sbi course. Due to this students learn about other subjects too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well the course provides almost everything which is needed and available. This is not a normal economics course as it involves statistics, python, core math and also dives into data science. This allows the students to explore various subjects and can choose which is their best fileld. The curriculum overall is very rigorous and intense but you can crack it if you study regularly. About the frequencies of the examinations, we have 2 internal examinations and 1 end semester examination. I can guarantee that this course is super rigorous but im not sure if i would necessarily say that the course is "practical" and it helps us in the real word. I cannot comment on the practicality of the courses. The exams are not super difficult and its moderate. Getting more than 90% can be challenging although clearing the paper won't be an impossible task.
