Educational campaign

The education part is good but the worst part is the political agenda. There happens to be a lot of protests and boycott in the campus. I personally hate the stuff

Being one of the "institution of eminence" tag holders the university provides wide range of courses. Coming to my course it is divided into 4 semesters of 6 months each. The quality of education the university provides is of top class and research oriented.

Being a Institute of eminence tag holder, every year dozens of companies come to offer placements to the respective departments of their requirements in search of bright students.

As students from all the states, (even the remotest states like Arunachal pradesh) do get admission in the campus, it has wide range of students. There are a lot of cultural fests and extra curricular competitions take place in UOH. Every year as a part of the annual day celebration, the famous event SUKOON - A 3 day fest takes place.

As the university being central government administered and funded, the fee structure is very feasible compared to other famous institutions. No additional fees is required to get admission. The admission process is fair and transparent. The college provides online payment system for the payment of fees. For my course the fee per semester was only 6000.

The students can apply for state scholarship schemes if applicable. And moreover the campus provides some assistance monthly for the applicable students.

The campus life is very pleasant and pleasing. No particular say about gender ratio as the admission process is through entrance exam. But yes, I can say there are more girls than boys on average in the campus. UOH is a hub of extra curricular activities.

Yes. The rooms are spacious yet don't expect much luxury. The are shared between 2 students and there is no chance of choosing as the allotment occurs through random online stuff. The fee for room and mess is same only one and it as less as 45rs/day as basic charge (including room and food).

Yes they are very helpful right from the admission process to end of the semester, they are helpful in times of need.

Through an entrance exam and counselling in stages to fill the existing vacancies. And now at present the online application process is on. One can apply. The exam is expected to be conducted in June first week if the lock down ends till then. Or else it may be postponed.

I would say the best in the country,may it be in terms of experience, knowledge, imparting skills, organizing the subjects and their respective topics,communication skills and whatsoever. The faculty at UOH is of utmost significance. For my course it is one for each subject and 4 in each semester. The average age of the faculty would be 50-60.
