Entrance Preview
In Tamil nadu we dont have entrance exam for engineering colleges inside our state. We do have counseling conducted by DOTE (Directorate of technical Education) and Anna university.
Course Curriculum Overview
Electrical and electronics engineering is always good and challenging course to handle. Even in the middle of final year you will get to know what is what and what you are capable of.
Internships Opportunities
We coudnt get opportunity for an internship in between our course. That was one thing we dint experience in our college days. But we get good number of on campus.
Placement Experience
We got good number of on campus and off campus job opportunities. Few top MNCs came and took around 15 % of the eligible students.
College Events
We have department wise symposiums and overall cultural functions .Departments like electrical engineering, computer science engineering and mechanical engineering have there own symposiums .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
Scholarships are there but i never seen anyone avail scholarships during the course. But i have heard that department toppers will get scholarship at the end of the course.
Campus Life
Gender ratios were 70:30 obviously boys were majority , Number of workshops were conducted during the course. Talent management activities will happen often .
Alumni/Alumna
It will happen at the immediate year after you leave your college. Even we have paid some good amount for life time alumni membership, still the management forget us.
Exam Structure
As per government norms we have 2 semesters per year for four years. In addition to that unit tests for each week and model tests before semesters were one hectic thing in the academy.
Faculty
Except very few staffs, most of the professors and lecturers are well educated and well trained teachers who will teach you things in a better way. It is always to good to be on trained by those people.

In the 3rd some students came to get placement offers and before your 4th-year final exams companies come for placement. All major IT companies come to campus for placement Highest package by Microsoft with 43 lakh pa and average package around 8 lakh pa. Around more than 90% of students are placed.

7th-semester students become eligible for campus placement. In placement, ZOHO, Infosys, Data patterns, VI microsystem, Tessolve, Basell automation Pvt. ltd, Wipro, Accenture, TATA consultancy services, IBM. I plan to get a job in campus interview and working in a core company

The placements are going to conduct every year. Most of our alumni got placed. Nearly 700 companies visit universities every year and super dream offers are 600. The highest package is 42lpa+ and the average is 6lpa+. I plan to settle for a dream job.

The students of the fourth year that is in their 7th semester are eligible for the campus placements. There are a lot of companies which come for recruitment from adobe Microsoft google Amazon PayPal TCS and much more. TCS is the mass recruiter of our college.
Remarks
Our college have such a best infrastructure than other colleges in kanya kumari. Our college provide wifi compus, bus transportation over the kanyakumari. Our college campus is English speaking campus so thought this college will help me to improve my skills and career

Our college has various cells each cell try to improve students skills. Our college have placement cell also. Placement cell contain well experienced Phd holder facilities they help students to get good placement in company and our seniors got placed in good reputation MNC companies

4th-year students eligible for campus interviews. Placement is also offered by them. In aeronautical many students wants to get a job after the pg. After my UG, I want to study pg in abroad.

Remarks
The usual fantasy expectations of a college fresher like fresher party, large scale culturals, large scale sports events, farewells and head turning symposiums are not conducted by TCE. Also the college expects students to take the initiative even to do the regular tasks. In one way that is good but if you consider someone who is not used to this then he/she would be completely off pace on the happenings in the College. The food in TCE is a letdown factor.
Remarks
The college looking good but fees will bee high.bus fees also high. Middle class people will struggle to pay the fees on this College. The teacher are tougher the students and if you make any mistakes on studys thay will punish like a dog
Remarks
Good college for education as well as personal development. There no negative in my point of view but there's only one that was the transportation some bus conditions are too bad otherwise there is no negative.
