Remarks

Overall the college is at a good location nearer to Delhi can do up and down from the college and it is OK to study in this college with more and more demand in the IT for professionals. If you individually can work hard then it does'nt matter which college you studied.

Entrance Preview

It was a paid seat and I chose because it is nearer to my place Delhi. It was a decision made because I never wanted to take a hostel and I could easily travel.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was worth studying in this college and it provided indepth details of the subjects and were useful too for the future. Comp Science is a field where in you get to know various subjects and technicalities and curriculum play an importent role.

Internships Opportunities

I did not get any internship neither any stipend it was anew college that time and no placements were offered. We tried hard to get into the companies on our own but failed to do so due to lack of college experience.

College Events

Just a annual fest which used to happen and it was OK to spend some fun time there without studies. Fest used to be there for a whole day and we all used to enjoy.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was feasible that time but now I dont know what is the fees structure. I could pay the fees on time and there was no grace period that was entertained by the management.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship was given that was a drawback that time and I took loan from Oriental Bank of Commerce.

Hostel Facilities

I never used any hostel or mess as I used to travel to and from the college. But people used to say it was not worth.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

No network and infact I could come if there was an alumni meet or something with my old college peers. No invitation to the college yet. I still have my friends connected via social networks though.

Exam Structure

Exam structure too was worth as every week any or the other test used to happen to keep the students appraised of the syllabus and there was a lot of individual hardwork too that was required.

Faculty

Faculty was ok there were few professors who go to the extent of providing extra classes after the college hours and few were bad they used to come write on the board and go whether student understood or not.

This year the placement ratio was significantly low and only few mass hiring companies came to the college. The companies were either startups and have no significant market presence or they were recruiting selective students. The main goal is now to avail a offer off-campus or to change the focus to some other competitive exams for higher studies.

from the third yr you are eligible for placements onwards, companies like Infosys, Wipro etc make many offers highest package I don't know but the lowest is 2lakhs LPA. about 50%student get placements in BTech, my plan after getting the degree is to do masters from this college

Remarks:

Our college is developing so with the passage of time its facilities are increasing enormously. And more over our college is very good with supportive facalities and good classmates too. The one small bad thing for our college is that the transportation. Its some what poor.

I applied to Delhi University but they did not have btech so I did not select that college. Apart from this I applied to rkgit and niet but they were too far from Delhi. I did not get rejection, I just couldn't join them because either they did not have the course I wanted or they were too far from my home. My college admission process is pretty simple, you can take direct admission by visiting the college or fill councelling online and select this college. One needs to score around 3 to 4 lakh rank in jee for cse branch in btech and for other courses jee is not important you just have to score more than 60% in boards for pcm....Read More

My review on Inderprastha engineering college

Other than IPEC, i wanted to join SRM Chennai. I was not able to join cause i was late to application and the only course that was available was Biotechnology. So i joined IPEC, in year 2021 it was under top 10 category for top colleges of AKTU. And also it was close to my home. Easy transportation, close to home, nice infrastructure. The admission process was quite easy, it took almost three days for me to fulfill it. And out of that one was only college tour day. Other two days took to fees submission and all documents submissions. The eligibility was decided by affiliated universitythat is AKTU, which is most of the time around minimum 70-75% in PCM. Life and placement

I choose this college in 2023 because my uncle said this college is good according to my 12th and jee percentage marks whether this college also known for their placement before the corona time but when I take admission , now college is totally opposite because there is no forth year in the college so companies are not coming and placement rate is not good and there average packages is below 4 lakh.
