An Insights of my College days

Exam structure is of 8 semester quite relevant to industrial requirements which made us professional in our field. Each semester has 6 subject with practical and lab of each and every subjects to provide us enough knowledge into the subject so that we can visualise our topics.

Yes campusing do happen in our university in each and every stream and they help us with our internship as well.

Sanskriti annual feast. This event gets published into newspaper the Times of India every year. In this event more than 1-2 lakh people visit in the open air theatre present in our university. Different artists dancers pop singers band singers do come to our concert.

Feasible as it is an government university and have to pay per semester wise through online portal which included lab fee and miscellaneous expenses for hostel holders and other facilities. Exam fees were only 100 per semester and the alumni also provide scholarships to good students.

I availed it through online West Bengal scholarship programmes which opens each year. We need to fill up the form with our basic details and academic information and at their given date and time we need to go to office to submit the hardcopy and within 4 months they pay the amount in our given bank account.

Our class had 70:30 boys and girls ratio as we all know engineering colleges have less number of girls as compared to boys but still we had all good friends. Students all around the world like Bangladesh and Africa come to our university for study. Students from LGBT community also are welcomed in our university.

The hostel room was very nice well equipped with furniture and other requirements resources to sustain daily lifelihood. The bathroom were also well sanitized each other day so that we girls do not face any problems.

Yes the alumni are very helpful and they always give us information regarding current affairs and about new job openings.

I gave West Bengal joint entrance examination in the year 2015 then after rank declaration councilling happen and admission took place. We had to fill our desired college's name into West Bengal hand holder's portal and then they would declare the result. Soon if we want to opt for other colleges we can go for 2nd round counselling also.

The lectures were quite helpful and well equipped with the curriculum and syllabus. They used to take us to different industries to give us practical knowledge. The faculty holders as well as lab staff were very interactive and helped us in each and every possible way they could do.
