Remarks

Interns of acadeic our college is in top 10 in our state. Placement is okay. If they focus on research and industry oriented teaching it would be great.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course curriculum and exam structure are prepared by government which is pretty old and not research oriented. But our college encourage to do reserch and co curricular activities. Our college had many clubs and organization like Society of automobile engineers, Indian welding society etc.

Placement Experience

4

My college conduct special placement training. And all the students who are attending placement are placed in various companies. Most of them are software industry or bpo. We also had core placements. Milacron, Nippon paints, Tds, super auto forge are few companies that came to placement.

College Events

3.5

We have talentia which is a cultural event. And each course will have separate technical event related to thier department. Colleges which are located in the same city will participate in the events. Only few other college students will participate in the events. Technical events are not that big. Less than 60 people will participate in events from other colleges.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For bachelor's degree it will be near to one lakh per year which is high compared to other colleges. As per Government order 20,000 is the fees that need to be paid. But we have some other fees like mess fees which we don't use and other kind of fees. To secure the admission we need to pay certain fee called 'donation'.

Fees and Financial Aid

No I didn't applied for it. My college offered scholarship. But since I didn't applied for it I don't know the procedure.

Campus Life

4

Boys to girls ratio is almost 1:1. Parties are not allowed in college. We have several cultural societies. There is no problem related to caste, religion, gender. People from different economic status are there but no problem with it. Interaction between boys and girls outside classroom is not encouraged. No parties are allowed inside college.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is not that great. They give seminars, lectures and placement training to us other than that we didn't have any experience with them.

Admission

There are two ways to get admission. By counseling or through management quota. For Management quota you have to pay donation and some other fees. Counseling means you will enter college through government quota. For that we don't need to pay donation.

Faculty

4

Number of lectures are differ for each course. As per our college hierarchy principal is at the top. He completed doctorate and have industrial experience. After him Head of the department. He's also completed doctorate and have industrial experience but it's only for few year. And we have number of assistant professor who all are completed post graduation and may or may not have experience.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
