I would say it is all on your surrounding and awareness.If you aware of the opportunities around then it becomes easier to excel and evolve.

I paid donation which was 2.5 lakh not because I am poor in academics, I was amongst the topper but I had not much idea about colleges in bangalore and my admission happened little late

Curriculum is fine but I feel none of the technology we study is related to current development.Subjects in each semesters have got no correlation in VTU.(This is exclusively for electronics)

I did no internship since it is not present in curriculum but during my vacations I had done 10 days of internship with Mindlance with 0 stipend.I was learning SharePoint over there.

Mass recruiters like HCL,TCS do come to college offering package of 3.5lpa.I was placed in HCL but got the offer letter after one and half year but I was lucky enough to get a better job with better package.Core company for EC is GM and other start ups.

Every year we used to have Sangam which is annual fest and it is celebrated with great enthusiasm.Along with this we have sports events and many teams like hockey,kabaddi,,cricket ect and they play national level sports.So if you have interest in any cultural or sports events it will give you many options.

It is cheap for student writing CET but very expensive for COMEDKCET-30000 approxCOMEDK-150000 approxPeople coming through donation also pay the same as COMEDK.This fee structure is same for all the colleges falling under VTU

I did not go for any loan so have got no clues about it but you can contact bank to get further details on it.

Campus life is good if you are outgoing but being from ECE all the knew was my classroom since we have atleast 2 mass back subjects every year we need to slog. ECE department does make sure to conduct seminars and robotic clubs. They are pretty good and eye openers.We did have many speakers from different electronic based company to help us gain interest.

I had taken a 2 bhk and shared with one more girl but the hostel facility is not good and food is pathetic.

You can connect to all of them on facebook and there are many facebook pages setup. LinkedIn could be another option. Facebook is the best way to connect.

We used to have 3 internals and 1 external exam every semester.Labs would happen every week.Out of 3 internals 2 of the best ones were considered for final marks.

Not so great.Most of them had no detailed knowledge about the topic,everything was present in book.And the teaching style was monotonous with no new ways to keep our attention.
