Remarks

I chose this college because it was located in my home town. Infrastructure was good. After my graduation I didn't appeared for CAT as I was pursuing my CA course and i did not wanted to drop a year. I came to know about college entrance test and I applied for the test and took admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I don't think that course syllabus was updated. There are many subject which should be the part of curriculum. Practical training should be added in the course so that students are well versed about the current industry demand. We were not provided much industrial exposure. Faculty were good.

Internships Opportunities

Yes I opted for Summer Internship program. It was provided by the college. Company name was Future Generali Life Insurance Company Ltd. It was a sales profile. Stipend amount was target based.

Placement Experience

2.5

Placement were not that much good. Very few companies visited at our campus. Companies came only with marketing profile only. As college was started in the year 2016 so the alumni network is not very strong.

College Events

3.5

College regularly organise various events. Amiphoria is annual fest where large number of students from different colleges participate. College organise various cultural, technical events for the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't applied for any scholarship. Many students apply for scholarship in college. And also students apply for loan services. I didn't applied for any loan service. So I can't answer this question.

Campus Life

4

We don't have any big campus. Campus is under construction. There are just 3 building in which classes are run. We don't have any sports Complex. Labs were good and all equipment were provided by the college.

Hostel Facilities

3

I did not opted for Hostel facility. College was situated in Home town. And it was not compulsory for the students to opt for hostel. So I don't know much about hostel life. I can't answer this question as I have no experience of hostel life.

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students get eligible for placements. I guess around more than 50+ companies visit the campus. The highest package is always around 20+ lakhs and on average you can consider 12 lakhs while the lowest is 8 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed can be said around 95%. My plan is to get a good corporate job and work there as such no fancy plans.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The HR course was quite comprehensive. Lots of subjects were dedicated to different functionalities of HR. Lots of focus on Law, and employee benefits, worker rights and employer responsibility. The course boasts of some of the stalwarts of the industry teaching different courses such as the Professor who teaches compensation is responsible for designing the compensation structure over at HUL. It's very comprehensive, and periodically reviewed to remain relevant to the changing times

Placement Experience:

There are many companies that visit IMS and pick students by taking exams and interviews. Some of them include Accenture, Capgemini, tcs, etc. These multinational companies visit and you can take your chance by qualifying exam and interview. In short, there is full placement in IMS and you will surely be settled after your course.

The college and campus were built on strong fundamentals that each and every student is important even though they are passed out they would still remain a member of the institute. Hence, my professors use to help us even after becoming post graduated.apart from that this college actually helped us to enhance our business tactics and encouraged our outcomes on the case studies and researches.
