BPIT, B.Tech, Electrical And Electronics Engineering

Remarks

I chose this college because it is a reupted college in delhi with very good placements and amazing infrastructure. Also it is near to my house. The college is safe for both boys and girls as college authorities are strict against any action.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Teachers are perfect in their subjects and are there to help the students and guide them. Mentors are also very helpful. The curriculum is decided by the university that is GGSIPU (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University). In first year all students of different branches have common subjects.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placement is good in BPIT but only for CSE and IT student as lot of big tech gaints come here for hiring, talking about placement of other branches so it is not that good as less number of core companies visit our campus but they can get out campus placement other student crack very competitive exam like GATE and CAT, ESE highest package in 2019 is 28 LPA offered by amazon to a ECE guy, overall average package is 3.5-4.5 LPA

College Events

You can get good quality of people here at BPIT as it is in delhi, you can see crowd from delhi NCR and harayana but some far off student also come here from bihar kanpur jammu and kerela, lots of active societies are present for one to showcase there talents, we have dance society, music society, dramatic club, arts club, we have lots of fest all round year which includes Annual cultural techno fest corona, literary fest eloquence and management fest VIBE

Campus Life

4.5

All basic amenities are here in our college: spacious library, smart lecture halls, active placement cell, average canteen, maggie point, mother dairy parlour, spacious classroom well equip lab which are well maintained. The college takes care of all the student requirements.

How Good B.Tech. from JAMIA MILLIA ISLAMIA is?

Likes

Here in Jamia the faculty is very experienced in their fields , they make you feel Engineering and not to just read books. there teaching methods are amog the top in the nation
the curriculum not just focus on your engineering but also focuses on your personality development.
the infrastructure itself gives you the feel of oldness and the reputation of the college.

Dislikes

one bad thing is its less availability of Hostel rooms .
there is a very strict rule of 75% attendance .

Placement Experience:

Placements at Jamia Millia Islamia are not too high or too low and depend on the branch. Students can apply for placements starting from their 7th semester. Big companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and some startups come to recruit. The average salary offered is between 7 to 8 lakhs per year, but there are not many students who get higher packages. About 40 to 60 percent of students get placed. Many students also work on getting into higher studies or look for jobs outside the campus after they finish their degree.

College review for FOT

Likes

Supportive faculties in study wise and real growth support if you need it.
Labs and Syllabus are latest and up to date, so really not a problem on that. And if you do need components for yourself you can ask the college and get it easily

Dislikes

College on it's own doesn't do any Cultural events or Freshers, there's a lot of process and Headaches to get it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

There are many labs for every subject either it's of EE, ECE, CSE

Dislikes

New college so there are no societies or clubs.
Fees is too high for general category students.
No facilities of hostel available in our college

The Dream College Life

Likes

The campus is completely different from the whole city, it is more cleaner and is quiet peaceful with various different beautiful views at different points and is not too big so could easily walk through the campus.
Has really great architecture of the buildings and is surrounded by really intelligent people including some over the top profs and some really great minds from the country.
The night life is completely different and is one of the best part of staying in campus.

Dislikes

some of the hostels are quiet old and need renovation.

Placement Experience:

If you study passionately and have decent communication skills and some important competencies, I assure you that you will secure a position in a great company. Here at IIT Delhi, you earn what you work for; you can receive salary packages as high as 2 crores, but some offers start as low as 4 lakhs per annum.

Eligibility criteria for taking admission in BPIT college in BTech programme is that a candidate must have given jee mains entrance examination & must have atleast 55 percentage in 12 th class .the admission is based on jee mains CRL .
