Remarks

First of all, it has a good study environment. Secondly, I heard it as a ragging free campus. Besides, neatness & placement of nsec attracted me to take admission here. Faculty members are also very good.

Course Curriculum Overview

This college is under MAKAUT. So, their syllabus is followed here. Faculty members complete the entire syllabus well. Laboratories are very good also. We are provided with industrial exposure enough. Engineering physics lab faculties are best according to me.

Placement Experience

Placements are good in nsec. The main recruiter is TCS. Besides, CTS, Wipro, L & T infotech, ITC e.t.c. recruit students. Average salary package is 3.6 to 4 LPA. A little number of students are hired by companies like Microsoft, Dell etc. Highest package 12lpa.

College Events

Campus life is very nice totally. Many fests, webinars, seminars are organized here. Aveiner is our tech fest. Mesmerizer is our cultural fest. Both are held once a year. Various types of technology based games, cultural programs are held in them.

Campus Life

Wifi is everywhere on the entire campus. The library is also very good. Various type of study materials, e-books are available in the college library. Labs are very great also. Almost every equipments of the lab are in working condition.

Hostel Facilities

I have not seen any hostel nearby. But anyone can afford PG or mess. There are a number of messes and PGs near NSEC. Many of them are authorized by the college. These PGs are cool more or less in the local area.

BCREC a underrated college

Placement Experience:

The college average placement are 6 lakh per annum and in my branch out of 64 student only 30 God placement but the mistake is of the students because many companies are visiting our colleges but they couldn't find the talent required for the skilled person they required

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

The college is good for academics but there is no campus life.

Placement Experience:

The placements are average in the college. From 7th semester the students are eligible for placements. About 60% students get placed in the college. The average package of our college is 3-4 lakhs per annum and the highest package last year was around 13 lakhs per annum. I will choose to do M.tech after passing out of the college.

Remarks:

One of my neighbour has graduated from this college and he gave me good reviews. When I went for admission the principal was very responsible to communicate with me and my parents. Moreover it was quite nearby my place and the campus environment is also nice and very calm.

Entrance Preview:

I passed my B.Ed degree with 2nd division. I had completed my M.A. I had a special paper named Pre Primary Education I had compulsory papers i.e History and Bengali. My optional subject was English. It was 3 yrs course to complete the honours degree. I completed my 12th class from this college with second division.

Things you should know before taking admission in NSEC

Others college which i got confirmed is RIT /quantum and haridwar university but i didn't go there because it was very far from my hometown and placement wasn't that much good as compared to my current college. Placement is okay

I have given the west bengal joint entrance exam(wbjee) and through it the nsec college was allotted to me through counselling process. When the result declared, you have to apply for counselling and put your choice of colleges with rank. Every round you will be allotted college according to your result rank. Passing out in 2025, have seen a old place in 2021, to a new college in 2025, rennovated

I had a senior in my locality, 2019 passout, following whom I joined NSEC. I still admire and thank him for guiding me while joining NSEC. While admission I didint face any kind of interview. I had got a rank in WBJEE, and during the first counselling round, I selected NSEC, got NSEC, and finalized it by paying the first semester fees. I wasnt rejected by any college, as I went ahead with my first option. The counselling round at college isnt anything special, just a question whether or not we would be able to bear the college fees, as all comes down to money.
