COMEDK exam, i love computers so i selected computer science as branch. There are two rounds of councelling held in bangalore and according to the rank you have to select the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The first year consist of the basic science subjects in a two cycle scheme called as p cycle and c cycle. The second year is when you enter into your branch and you have 2 electives in 3 year and in 4 year final sem you have to do a project.
Internships Opportunities
There is a internship offered by the college only. You have to work for a given project and depending on your work you will be paid. Estimated payment is arround 10000.
Placement Experience
There are basically it companies that visit the college. Companies like hp, infosys, wipro, l&t infotech, ibm, dell, tech mahindra, aricent, ntt data, span india, etc. And all pay arround 3-3.5 lakhs per annum.
College Events
There is a college festival every year. Which is a two day event including sports day also. It also have different events like air crash, fashon show, gogappa eating competition, gaming events, coding events etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is expensive, Tution fee is 137000 and other fees making it arround 150000. The hostel charges are arround 20000 and for food you can pay monthly or 35000 at once.
Fees and Financial Aid
No there are not any scholarship facilities available. Although state govt. has declared sone scholarships for the local students.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is good. The fee is arround 55000. There are sharing rooms with single bed and almirah and studyin table for everyone.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumini network is almost broken. The college has initiated the work of clearing this gap between the students. The alumini are intrested to help and motivate the students via their suggestions.
