Remarks

College hosts one fest and thereﾒs a choice of clubs & activities for all round development. Attendance is strict. Academically, if you manage your time well, you can do well. Teachers are good but not great. Students are extremely friendly. There are many places to relax. Films are screened occasionally in the auditorium. Being a centrally funded institute, college fees is lower than all comparable institutes. Almost all companies come for cam pus placements.

COMEDK 13876 (rank). Best College for this rank. Provides placement with reputed companies with latest placement percentage of 75% in the year 2010-11 .Conducts seminars, guest lectures, workshops case based methodology by experts.

Internships Opportunities

Every alumni connected through social network, Facebook,linkedIn etc .In every year there is a meeting for alumni meet. The vast majority of students currently enrolled at UCSD (87%) report that the academic environment on campus has met or exceeded their expectations. While the academic environment exceeds most students' expectations, fewer than half (40%) report that their expectations vis-a-vis UCSD's social environment have been met.

Faculty are average, so you have to study on your own. CSE and ECE departments are good. Attendance is strict. Not expect more internal marks from them. You have to study yours only.

A great place for learning and career growth

Placement Experience:

Excellent placement training and reputed companies visit the campus. I had received offers from three companies which reflects the quality of opportunities available. Placement is one of the college's biggest strength. Student with no backlog and good academic records will get easily placed.

My life at CMR - University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects like: we had 2 internal exams in the semester and after completing these internal exams roughly at the 5th month we had practical exam + end semester exams, these exams would be mainly theory based inclusing some conceptual based questions & based on our understanding only, we can able to write the answers. One thing, I would suggest was we shall give more weightage to the practical based learning, that too during our days we were just the beginning of AI & Iot era was effectively going on, if we had some advanced eductaion covering these aspects we would have got the opportunity to shine more in our carrers. As a student, we faced slight diffuclities and challenges matching the real-life happenings with the acdemics, that would be one of the shortcoming I can say.

My campus life so far

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the curriculum is well planned, balanced and easy to follow. We start with the basics and along with theory there's a good amount of coding practice, assignments, and hands on learning. I like that the course isn't just about passing exams, it also focuses on building skills that will be useful later for internships and placements. So far it feels relevant, practical and not overwhelming for someone who's just starting out.

One of the best colleges or universities for B Tech and pocket friendly

Placement Experience:

The College was there for more than 10 years , but there was only Post graduate courses available , like M-tech , Msc , etc. The College for B-tech has started just before 2 years , there are no batches which has been output till now. The students are also waiting to see the batches to get output and see the placements taking place. As a student I am also eager about the campus placements.
