Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is terribly outdated. It needs to advance some ten more years to matchup with current industrial trends. My college provides absolutely no help in getting industrial exposure or guidance on careee paths. It doesnt even provide skill development training or campus placement programs.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Placement Experience

College management cares very little to none on providing students with the placement packages they deserve. Only very small companies visit our college and they offer not more 8000 per month. The faculty, management, department staff do not help or guide the students in any means regarding off campus placements either.

College Events

My college doesnt conduct any technical events other than paid consultancy promotional seminars. Even the Cultural events are conducted once in two years with no place for innovation or student engagement but to follow the program schedule of management.

Fees and Financial Aid

No loans/Scholarships are offered by my college. Students can avail state government sponsored scholarships based on their community quota. But our college doesnt offer anykind of scholarship/loan whatsoever to anybody.

Campus Life

No wifi connectivity, No Gynasium/Swimming pool, Single Ground to be utilized for all sport activities, library is very small and contains only outdated books. The equipments in lab are not sufficient for students and more tgan 60% of the computers do not work in computer labs.

Hostel Facilities

Rooms and furtinutures are in grear condition. No lift, No AC, No purified drinking water. Restrooms arent cleaned properly, Water availability is scarce and at times we dont even get water for bathing and laundry.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.
