RPET , because i desired to stay in own home town as i was very homesick at that time and i wanted to pursue my career in mechanical engineering , hence i opted for this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum particularly in mechanical engineering was very tough but generally students who prefer this branch manage to adjust with course.
Internships Opportunities
The college internship was not very good and there was no stipend offered to us. So we had to manage everything by our own ways . So overall the internship experience was sour.
Placement Experience
The placement offered in CS AND IT branches were at boom and it was like recession in mechanical engineering branch . The job opportunities for cs and it students were very good .
College Events
Techjalsa , sports events , cultural and musical events and the most important farewell which was absolutely stunning. We used to participate in various events and enjoy every moments.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure was expensive than other colleges , the fee for engineering (tuition fee) was around 3.5 lakhs. But certain schemes are there for students who score well in the entrance test.
Exam Structure
The labs and exams were on a regular timely basis . We had 8 semesters in our overall engineering . The days were usually not hectic , the days were enjoying also.
Faculty
The faculty of the college was okay but most the times we had new teachers always . They used to quit their job within months. So we had to study by our own most of the times.
