Remarks

College management is okay. No issues as deemed university but academic teaching is poor, not upto the mark professors and not much awareness about international competitions, not proper girls specific groups working on engineering practical projects for developing interest. good facilities and food and mess and placement cell.

Course Curriculum Overview

1

poor course curriculum, not updated with market requirements, very few thinking developing practical projects, no encouragement towards helping students in getting ready for next level. No research papers. Only thing is good students enters and leaves university. That's it.

Placement Experience

3.5

1-2% get internships but placements are more than 95%.All top companies visit as in Delhi. Facebook, google, amazon, microsoft, other mechanical companies, civil, electronics all.Process to get placement is highly competitive due to huge number of students in each batch.there is cut throat competition to misdirect other students for preventing them to sit for good companies.

College Events

3

Both cultural and technical fests. not much sponsorship like other IITs but fine. 3 to 4 days fun events and learning challenges, coding competitions and other things but skewed towards IT side and other branches don't get much opportunity.Participation would be over 350 students. They are good enough.

Fee Structure And Facilities

moderate, mode of payments- online or at bank. No additional fee any. no donation.transparent fee structure. same for everyone except scholarships for SC/STs provided by govt availed. equality in admission except few random quotas like army students,CRPF students etc creating entry of not at the par students in college.

Fees and Financial Aid

No awareness and told by college. I could avail because of poor background but as no knowledge couldn't get it.

Campus Life

3.5

poor gender ratio and not much diversity. All city based students enroll. not much sports, enough labs, debates and competitions. There are two parties in each year that's it.Fests. economic status-mostly rich people. very tolerant towards all.not much workshops.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

yes, it was sharing, hostels was difficult to get for most students as not much availability. PGs are many with cheap accommodation nearby. average rental would be 12000-15000 per month which is fully furnished.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes,very. strong network. Senior students don't have much interaction. No proper platforms as such for their communication.

Admission

give exam JEE mains, get good rank, counselling then fill forms, get branch allocated Submit requisite certificates and fee and admission for that session is given. Not much formalities and easy process to complete. Chose college as had good placemnts and within native city, no other reason.

Faculty

1

very poor. Can say that 10th teacher put more efforts than the. no sincerity towards work and play with student's life and misuse of money.they don't have clarity of their own subject. How would they provide us. Most teachers enter through corruption route rather than merit based.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. I do not feel very pressure. The course curriculum is design by GGSIPU. There is not spefific reason to choose to this course. It was my childhood dream to become computer engineer. I cant say that the curriculum prepares for real world applications because I am just second year students. The exam conducted on semester basis and its not very difficult.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

I would not suggest On Campus placement for this college as the placement cell is not very good here. However one can score a great package if they develop skills in the field of chemical engineering.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.
