College management are their best when it comes to responding to any issues especially they are very serious on anti-ragging activities. It is because of their stringent actions in the past , ragging has been completely evaded from the Campus making it a best place to study. There's not a single memory where I can share bad during my stay.

CAT, 90, Because of its reputation across various categories. And the experienced faculty made our life so easy.

It was very flexible yet tough to sustain the amount of exams we had over a weeks time. Every now and then we are assigned with presentations, exams, assignments etc to be in touch with latest advancements.

INTERNSHIP was the best and the point where we first faced the corporate world. It gave us so much scope to build our skills in accordance with the needs in the ongoing industry. ONGC, NTPC, BHEL, shipping corporation of India, Capital IQ, TATA capital, Jindal steel, SBI, BOB, Pepsico, Idea, and many others.

Placements are reasonably fair when compared to other NITs. But to an extent during our times it was tough to get placed due to increasing competitiveness in the market. But campus gave me soo many opportunities to get exposed.

Technozion, Springspree are the annual events held at NIT, which are special in their own way and their exuberance is something known to every individual of any genres.

As far i know there are loan facilities as well as scholarships for the categorical students. They need to apply for it which will be based on the income levels of the family and few other criteria mentioned.

We have a huge powerful ambitious well known alumnus who are in constant touch with the coordinators of every class. By which we offer guest lectures, brainstorming sessions, presentations, speaker series etc to get equipped with the latest advancements in the industry.

Exams as I said were very frequent in nature because of quarter system being followed by SOM. It would have been fruitful had we been offered trimester system is what most of us feel. Nevertheless the learning didn't take a hit at anytime which is very important to be noted.

They were simply outstanding to say the least. Patient, bold, experienced are the least words to express them. Friendly and very co-operative. Supports on every single day till the works assigned are done.
