A BAMS degree course has a cumulative length of 4 years and 6 months plus one year of mandatory internship. The academic session is divided into three levels, each level is of 18 months. The course curriculum program is intended to familiarize students with Ayurveda principles and use it to treat patients. As part of the course curriculum, BAMS combines Ayurveda with the principles of modern medicines and students are taught a combination of both. Course curriculum is totally amazing. The course is structured to give students proper theoretical knowledge of all topics, followed by practical training in the same.
In medicine field, the placement and job opportunities are immense. There are lot of vacancies with high pay packages in both and private sectors. The college also grants internship with good stipend. I opted to pursue MD, but most of my batch mates got placed through the college placements and many wrote government exams for placement.
Our college also conducts many events which us really enjoyable. Many festivals we?e celebrated, out of which I most cherish is the teachers day, where teachers also participate and show their talents. I was good in dancing so in all college events I used to participate in dance programs. All seniors and juniors participate together for the success of each event.
The fee structure is very feasible, since it is a government-supported college. The fees for the first year is 75,000 Rs, followed by 65,000 Rs for the next 3 years and for the final year it was 35,000 Rs total amounting to 3.5 lakhs for 5 years and 6 months, which is reasonable compared to other private universities. College also provides scholarship to merit students. Students from economically unstable families are also provided concession on fees.
The college offers several extracurricular programs. Our college has a very big playground. I used to play cricket with my friends whenever we had free hours. Our university also provides all well equipped laboratories with all modern facilities. Management arranges NSS camps and yoga classes for overall students development.
The college was established in 2009, so we don? have may batch of students passed out. So currently there is no alumni network. But yes I would say about my seniors who were helpful in all ways. They supported us in our practical, assignments, sports, competitions. I really enjoyed the company of my seniors. Even after college, we do get together.

The faculty is highly qualified. They have many years of medical experience, and they give their best to clear the students' concepts. They are very enthusiastic, and put greater emphasis on improving the practical knowledge if the students. All the teachers who taught me were excellent. I don? find any negative remarks about my faculty.
Jbit is one the best Institute in Uttrakhand in term of placement. Every yarr poll campus organized on our campus. Here you will get 100% placement. Wipro, Tech Mahindra, HCL, Reliance industry, are some company which visit in our Institute.
This is a government college. This is in cooperation with THDC. This project can itself provide job opportunities. This is a famous college in Uttarakhand for engineering. This college has a good rate of placements.
The placement rate is good. The college take care of placements itself there is no any specific committee. There are several alumini meets for better councilling.
Hilly area Quite area Top engineering college Scholarship Fee structure Size of the campus Medical facilities Sports facilities Events Student to teacher ratio Training I opted the course because I want to become an engineer.
I am not satisfied with the placement. They provide training from 1st year but placement is so poor. No leading companies visit the campus. Our college don't give a damn about placement neither they are interested in placement. If you want a good job seek your own don't depend on college. They also don't provide proper internship. It is minus point for college and it's management.
The bad thing is this they give pressure to the students for examinations.
I am too lucky that I am a part of Renaissance College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology the college is very good with wonderful quiet environment.
College is very Good with the quiet environment,& the faculties of this college very well educated with wonderful support and guidance towards the student.
College management is very good. Good infrastructure, Good academics, highly qualified staff. Overall Experience with Roorkee College of Engineering, Roorkee, Uttarakhand is awesome for all things.
Positive remark my college because a student life in college is mostly important when college is good or bad but a student life our college is best. Negative part present in the all college but a good student neglected the negativity.
Placement scenario is not too good. Every student must try by themselves. Only 5 to 10% got campus placement. low-level companies visited here like A1 hotel and tourism etc. around 3lakh/annum is the package.
It is a normal college. Labs are not bagged with enough equipment not a very keen environment for practical learning. So it is very Less practical learning. Some branches have better learning like geology department, chemistry department. No research initiative was taken in my sight in recent months.
The best part of my life till date is my college life. I am really thankful to all my faculties and colleagues to be so helpful, supportive and selfless. The only negative remark would be of the placement opportunities.
