I decided to do MCA because I wanted to build my future in Technology. The Academic Curriculum includes programming, software and technical subjects. Practical labs and Industry exposure and internships helps in preparing students for real world technology. Exams are conducted in mid term, assessments, practicals and end sem exams.

The Acdemic Fee for MCA is 80000 yearly. There are some additional Charges like ERP Admission Charges that is 10000 that are non refundable, Erp Charges that is 1200 Rs Yearly in which Student's Attendance record is maintained, 4000 Rs for Development Charges and 2000 are the Exam charges which is the one time payment only. Apart from this nothing is charges extra. Some Fee Concession is given to the Reserved Category students, Girl Candidate so as to promote Girl Child Education and concession is also given on Army Background and mainly Merit basis. Students can apply for loan, College provide all the supporting documents and help that is required for the loan Process.

RIT keeps conducting various events throughout the year. Anugoonj is the annual fest in which Alumnis are also invited and Artists come and perform. Technomax is the technical fest. Classrooms have Wi-Fi, Projectors, Ac and proper arrangement. Sports Facilities include Cricket, Football, badmintion, tennis and indoor games. Students get to enjoy a lot along with their Academcis.

I Chose RIT over other collges because of its NAAC A++ grading in the whole uttarakhand. Also because of its strong Academics and good faculty. For admission in MCA, you require minimum 60% kn graduation from a good university. RIT conducts its own Entrance test for admission in which you have to qualify to get admission here.

The faculties are really helpful and explain in both Hindi and English so their is no Language barrier. Faaculty to student ratio is good and in each section there is 60 students so faculty is able to focus on each and every student. They explain every topic in detail and ask for doubts. The exam pattern include mid term exams, Presentations, practical labs and end semester exams. The dificulty level is above average but if students attend the class regularly their is no difficulty in facing exams.

Nightlife at RIT is good. There are some restrictions and hostel timings but not much. The college has a gym for students which has trainers and have membership with Cult Fitness. There is a cafeteri where you can chitchat and enjoy with your friends. Roorkee itself is a peaceful and mesmerizing place having River Ganga, you can visit Ganga aarti. There are several good Cafes in Roorkee Earthhouse near IIT Roorkee, Rustic house known for good pizza, 1671 Coffee Roasters, Prakash Hotel etc.
