Excellent experience with medicines

The college has a women cell and anti-ragging cell but they don't work as efficiently as they could. Besides, there are some other little things that need to be given attention. But other than that, this college is really helpful for the South Indian students who want to join pharma sector.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is quite challenging but is interesting and we enjoyed the practical part the most. We studied human anatomy in first year, pathophysiology in second year, medicinal chemistry in third year, hospital and clinical pharmacy in 4th year and will be learning clinical research in 5th year. I have learnt a lot by doing practical training in labs but it was hectic too as we have to spend a lot of time in understanding the processes. 6th year will bring a great change in our lives as we will explore the real world for having training of pharmacy.
Placement Experience
The placement and job opportunities are quite good. About 88% students are provided employment while some students opt for higher education. The college offers internship programmes to those students who are outstanding and are in the merit list. Many famous pharmaceutical institutions like Amrita hospital, Apollo pharmacy, Glenmark etc. visit the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is not very expensive. I had to pay a fees of 68000 every year. However, the exam fees of ?3000 each year is to be paid separately. I believe that a middle class family who wants to find a good college can afford this fees.
Campus Life
Many seminars are held in the college from time to time, the most recent one was held in June 2019 by the Managing director of Bestcare formulation Pvt. Ltd. Many industrial visits also take place from time to time. I have visited for an industrial visit in Goa in M/s Vergo Laboratories Ltd. Swachh bharat training programme was also held in our college to promote cleanliness.
Hostel Facilities
Both boys and girls hostels are available for stay in the college. The food provided is good but of course not up to the standards of delicious food. The hostel rooms are in sharing but not all students can have hostel accommodation because the seats are limited. The average rent we have to pay is about 9000.
Admission
I completed my schooling from CBSE Board from PCB as my main subjects. I have heard a lot about the college and went to take admission. I submitted my transfer certificate, migration certificate, mark sheet and other relevant documents with the college for verification. Then, my documents were verified and after depositing the fees, I got admitted to the college.
Faculty
The faculty is very helpful and they are available even after the classes. As I am very keen to know new things about the current world medicinal practices and pharmaceutical industry, so I use to ask a lot of questions from my teachers. They generally clear all my doubts and help me in grasping things fast.

Placement Experience
The students of the fourth year that is in their 7th semester are eligible for the campus placements. There are a lot of companies which come for recruitment from adobe Microsoft google Amazon PayPal TCS and much more. TCS is the mass recruiter of our college.

Hm. The good remark is our college has a minimum number of students. that is very helpful for us to knowing all the students. apart from that extra curricular programme. and senior junior relationship.

I put application within two days I got a call from them a quick response and I paid the fees and joined.

The placement drive conducted every year many students have got a job in tops companies with a good salary based on talent and marks and English fluency they are selecting and also the college help us to get placement.

All of things having good and all the students are interested in inter college cultural but they don't conduct and final year tour and tour is most important to us because the students are only enjoy in college life

Times have been changing, people has been moving on, new things are coming up every day. But what has not changed in college is the value, mission and drive shown by the administrative heads and teachers. Every Providence is welcomed even today with a hug and kiss. So warm and kind are the teachers. In conclusion, every Providence student who leaves college would have fond memories of meeting a true sister, loving mother and looked up Teacher. Experience to feel this. Women who studied at Providence would say the same.

Good thing is management, faculty, down to earth they r ready to listen about the problems faced by students. Bad Power cut in hostel and missing out small issues.
