Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is not so hard still not so easy. We have to give lot of our times to understanding the text else it goes to cramming which is of no use. It takes time to learn and we have a lot of tests and projects.

Placement Experience

3.5

The college have a great placement cell. It is very active in its activities. All the students are connected to the placement cell which gives regular updates about various job opportunities and internships.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee in Amity is always high. They charge such a high fee. Per year fee is 2,84,000 and total fee cross 1 crore for the course which is too much. The options of scholarships are limited too at the college.

Campus Life

Amity is way beyond the age of cultural activities and conducts full night fests, fashin weeks, food fests, concerts and all of this is organised and managed by students which is such a huge task and we enjoy it.

Admission

The admission process is online. After the college released its registration form I filled it and was then called for the entrance exam and interview after the declaration of class 12th results. I then got admission.

Faculty

3.5

The teachers teach well but they are very strict. They give us so many tests. We have weekly, chapter wise and what not kind of tests. And we are given so many assignment and projects that we have to submit before the deadlines.

I wanted to do PhD in Political Science but due to percentage I took up BA program. Teachers used to provide notes but mostly I used to be off. There was nothing wrong with the college. Exam timings were good.

The course curriculum is highly relevant and well-structured. It covers core subjects in detail along with modern industry-oriented topics. The balance between theory and practical learning is good, which helps students build strong concepts and job-ready skills for the future.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a future law student philosophy was one of the options which was good to opt. Secondly, comparatively less people opt it and it can be one of the better choices if you are preparing for upsc and taking it as an optional. Teaching can be made more interactive as the topics are really interesting

The curriculum is fine. Here they prefer to rely on standard textbooks for better knowledge. And the postings here gives you very good practice and practical knowledge. Here we get to see a lot of complex and rarer cases in the ward.

Remarks:

Positive : the faculties are good and I could say our college is the meeting place of various cultures ranging from Kerala to jammukashmir Negative: the infrastructure is poor. Labs and libraries are not so good. And there are stray dogs who often steps into classes and make us afraid. College is not fully air conditioned but is on processing.
