Remarks

The college is one of the best colleges in Uttarakhand for Medicine. The faculty is well qualified and skilled in their area of expertise. The college is located very well and focuses both on the curriculum and extra curricular.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is 5 and a half years long. 4.5 years of college followed by 1 year of internship. The course is divided into 2 semesters each year and the exams take place at the end of each year. There is theory as well as practical training.

Placement Experience

4.5

The college is affiliated to a hospital and the students do their last year of internship in that hospital itself, batch wise. The college has managed to give the students good exposure in the field in this manner.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The grand total fee for the program is ?305,000. The first year fee is ?75,000 followed by ?65,000 for the next 3 years. The last year which is internship of the students is ?35,000 which is lower than the other years because tuition is less.

Campus Life

The college sets up a lot of activities for the overall personality development of the students every year. They celebrate festivals, teachers day, yoga day, sports day to keep the students active and healthy.

Hostel Facilities

The college is unable to provide a hostel to the students as of now since the college is sill new. Although, the students can choose to live in other hostels and PGs around the campus at a very cheap rate.

Admission

To gain admission in this college, the candidate has to qualify the entrance exam for the BAMS and related programs. If you have cleared the entrance, the candidate has to go for counselling. The candidate giving the exam must have had PCB as his main subjects in his higher secondary education.

Faculty

The faculty is very learned and has all the required experience in the field. Some of them have done MD and are practicing medicine as well apart from teaching in the college. And hence, they are able to impart better education to the students.

BEST NAAC A++ COLLEGE IN UTTARAKHAND

Likes

The campus has decent infrastructure, a library, labs and a supportive learning environment.
Faculty members are helpful, and campus life provides opportunities for social interaction and personal growth.

Dislikes

Placements and internship opportunities could be improved, especially for MBA students.

Placement Experience:

At RIT Roorkee, MBA students generally become eligible for placements in the final year. Companies may offer roles in marketing, finance, HR and sales placement opportunities and salary packages depend on the company and student's skills. The highest package, average package and placement percentage vary each year students should improve their communication skills, practical knowledge and internship experience to get better opportunities. After completing my MBA, I plan to join a good company and build my career in management.

Faculties were very supportive. They are very helpful.
I like the hostel common room as i have a very good memories

Dislikes

Sometimes i didn't like the mess food. but it was not that bad
Hostel restrictions , you cannot go out , you have to take the permission from multiple people
Class schedule is very busy. There are so many training

Course Curriculum Overview:

To be honest they focus more on pratical rather then theoritical. W went for many industrial visit, like cocola, iits, parleg and many other 1st half classes are for theoretical and 2nd half for training. I think they should make the schedule little lighter but yes they prepare us for the real world challanges that is for sure/

A Well-Rounded B.Tech Journey with Good Infrastructure, Supportive Faculty, and Growing Career Opportunities

Likes

Faculty members are generally qualified and approachable, and students can seek help with academics and projects.
students should supplement the university curriculum with industry certifications, coding practice, internships, GitHub projects and real-world development work.
There are cultural events, technical activities, clubs, sports and other extracurricular activities. Hostel students can participate fairly actively in campus events.

Dislikes

The main improvement I'd look for would be more advanced, industry-standard laboratory equipment and greater practical exposure.
I couldn't find a reliable current official university figure for the overall girls-to-boys ratio.
The ratio can also differ substantially between CSE, other engineering branches and the university as a whole.

Placement Experience:

Haridwar University provides regular campus-placement opportunities across IT, core engineering and other sectors. The university reports strong overall placement activity, but programme-wise salary and placement data are limited publicly, so students should ask for CSE-specific statistics before admission.
