Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is currently in line with the needs of the legal industry. The syllabus of this course revised in 2014, and since then, the program has updated with current legal industry requirements. Internships consist of 25 marks and 75 marks external examination in the test structure.

Campus placement average for this college. Many recruiters visit the campus each year, and select students have jobs at their institutions. E&Y, Karanjawala & Company, Singh, Associates, Tech Mahindra, Bharti Axa Life Insurance. These are many companies that visit our campus for a recruitment drive. And then there's a special placement fair called "AMITY CAREER EXPO" - a one-day placement event in which many law firms hire students. The Expo takes place every year in the second week of February.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The BA LLB course fee is ?76,200/- per annum. The fee must be paid only through the Demand Draft. The student must re-enroll for each academic year through which the students must give payment through a demand draft.

Campus Life

Amity Youth Fest is a three-day event featuring technical, administrative, and cultural events. National Moot Court Competition - A special fest for law students nationwide. The events will see the footsteps of 5000-6000 students, and there are many sponsors for the event.

Admission

Amity Law School is the best law colleges in Delhi NCR in 2015 with this college's merit list. Admission to this college is now based on CLAT rank. The admission to the college took place in the IP University CET entrance exam in 2015. The 85% of seats are reserved for students of Delhi Domiciled. The college is now affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. CLAT testing was done in the first week of May. The student must then attend the university's online counseling.

Faculty

The best part of this college is the faculty. There are 2-3 professors and then assistant professors and many associate professors. All faculty age is 26-40, except professors who are slightly older than other faculty members. Many educators have allowed them to be proficient.

I wanted to do PhD in Political Science but due to percentage I took up BA program. Teachers used to provide notes but mostly I used to be off. There was nothing wrong with the college. Exam timings were good.

Placement Experience:

Final your students are eligible for the campus placement. Companies visited are HDFC Bank, Zomato, Swiggy, mahindra,EY, Deloitte and others. Highest package was around 30 lacs per annum and the average package is around 4 lakhs. Job profiles were mostly business analyst, research and development, PR and others. I will prepare for civil services examinations after clearing my graduation.

Placement Experience:

Student set in the placement from 5th semester where where is companies visited college for the campus placement such as KPMG, Zomato Deloitte, etc and number of offers made were not explicitly disclosed by the college and highest package was 25 lakhs and average package was 4 lakhs and profile offered were finance, marketing, etc around 70% students placed from my college and my plans after the graduation is to pursue PHD.

Remarks:

Positive : the faculties are good and I could say our college is the meeting place of various cultures ranging from Kerala to jammukashmir Negative: the infrastructure is poor. Labs and libraries are not so good. And there are stray dogs who often steps into classes and make us afraid. College is not fully air conditioned but is on processing.
