Course Curriculum Overview

It is 2 years full time course. The course gives a detailed knowledge about the healthcare vertical with additional managerial skills. You get a chance to develop the fundamentals of healthcare industry. Various subjects like managerial economics, information technology, hospital planning, and medical staff organisation are being taught.

Placement Experience

Placements are decent in our university. Till now university has been arranging campus interview. Being an alumnus, I have regular updates about various companies coming for recruitments. Also, they offer decent salary packages. But selection in these companies is totally based on an individual like how he/she performs in interviews as well the overall performance in 2 years.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is Rs. 1,00,000 per year. And just for information, you cannot pay this fee in installment. It has to be paid at the starting of an academic year. As such the fee is feasible. But it also depends on an individual that how financially stable he/she is.

Campus Life

The university has well organised library and computer rooms. Also, common rooms are there for your group discussions. Various cultural programs and sports event are organised by students to unleash the creativity out of us.

Hostel Facilities

As such there are no hostel facilities being provided by the university but they do help in giving you references for accommodation. So it depends on an individual that whether you want to take those or can search on an individual level.

Admission

I got admission in MUHS for MBA stream via entrance test. Online forms get uploaded at the website on a particular date. An amount of Rs. 1000 was a fee (check the latest one). List of documents are being uploaded on the website to apply for the same.

Faculty

Throughout 2 years, faculty has played a major role. As we can not be completely dependent on theoretical knowledge, our faculty gave better exposure for practical knowledge. They helped us every time and used to motivate us every time.

As we are in the 1st year of our college, I won't be able to answer this accurately. But, as far as what I've heard from the alumni and seniors, the average placement stats of this college is around 15LPA. The highest package may scale up to 30LPA.

in terms of engagement its pretty good. you have a diverse set of peers group to learn from.
we so many different clubs and committees to be a part off and to learn from.
the level of ecpertise in terms of faculty is really amazing, we have faculties coming from milan to teach us.

Dislikes

missing on college campus because of space .

Placement Experience:

after 3rd sem companies starts visiting the college , highest package for this year is 28 lps as of now , avg is 13 lpa, my plans are getting into a good fmcg company. percentage ad of now is 70 % , there is quite a few of no of companies visiting

Exam pattern is quite easy to pass as there is relative grading.
There are multiple events and clubs to participate
From SY only class is about 2-4 hrs everyday and Saturday-Sunday holidays

Dislikes

Metallurgy department Class room's are very small and old
Hostel food sucks tbh, only on sundays we get an option to eat non veg.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students are eligible for pre-placement and after 7-8 semester most of them get place.About 228 companies visited in our college and 530 students were placed.The highest offer made was 87 lacs and averages placement was 12lacs.For metallurgy it was 20lacs and average was 8.5 lacs.About 76.26% students were placed this year. I will look for good package if i don't get then i will start preparing for gate/gre exam for my master.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from starting of the second year. The placements commence then and continue till everyone is placed. Being a young college, the placements are improving on a yearly basis with new companies being onboarded. The average package stands around 12-13LPA.

Remarks:

I had honestly applied in only a selected number of colleges, as I was doing really well in my coaching and was always among the top 2. Since, I was expecting a lot from myself, it created performance pressure and I went blank during the actual CAT examination. So SDA bocconi was among the top 2 options that I had. It is less than a decade old and has still managed to provide good placements. The most fascinating part is the entire semester in Bocconi,Milan which is the 21st best college in the world and 7th in Europe. I also spoke to many aluminis and hardly got to hear anything that will stop me from taking admission in SDA bocconi. Plus, the advantage of the college being in a city like Mumbai has it's own advantages.

Remarks:

College management is highly supportive of student needs. The management listens to student issues and tries to solve it with proper thinking and strategy. The college and the composition, though is extremely dynamic and diverse, students live together peacefully in harmony, supporting and helping each other whenever needed. Though being it's initial stages of setup, the college faces certain issues with placements and internships, but slowly with every batchs learnings, these are also being cured. This ensures that students are always on their toes and ready to take on challenges.
