Course Curriculum Overview

BA LLB is a 5-year integrated law course to offer by the best college of Maharashtra Nagpur that is symbiosis law college. the fee of BACHELOR OF ARTS + BACHELOR OF LAWS [B.A.L.L.B.] is approximately 3.15 LAKHS per year. which includes registration fees, tuition fees, examination fees, etc.

Placement Experience

The SLS Nagpur placements include Indian jobs as well as foreign jobs. The college has recorded 99% placements in the previous three years. The highest salary was offered by the foreign firms recruiting with a package of around INR 40-42 lakhs(per annum), and the highest offered by Indian firms was INR 18 lakhs(per annum). The average salary is about INR 15 lakhs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is not expensive for a middle class person. the felicities they provided us are exceptional. they give many facilities like world class infrastructure, library, AC Hostels, Health services, Mess & cafeteria, Auditorium, Guest House etc..

Campus Life

There are many extracurricular activities like - sports activities Table Tennis Men Swimming Men and Women Volleyball Men Carom ?Mixed Badminton Women Debate team, Annual programs, social activism, Quiz Competition, Law Forums etc.

Admission

After good scoring in SLAT exam i appeared for the selection process that was PI (personal interview )and WAT (Writing Ability Test) . after getting shortlisted, I appeared at the university for the documentation process and i got the admission.

Faculty

The faculty member of the college is very sportive and qualified. the method of teaching of some faculty is excellent. They provide us each and every opportunities so we can excel in our life and career.

As we are in the 1st year of our college, I won't be able to answer this accurately. But, as far as what I've heard from the alumni and seniors, the average placement stats of this college is around 15LPA. The highest package may scale up to 30LPA.

in terms of engagement its pretty good. you have a diverse set of peers group to learn from.
we so many different clubs and committees to be a part off and to learn from.
the level of ecpertise in terms of faculty is really amazing, we have faculties coming from milan to teach us.

Dislikes

missing on college campus because of space .

Placement Experience:

after 3rd sem companies starts visiting the college , highest package for this year is 28 lps as of now , avg is 13 lpa, my plans are getting into a good fmcg company. percentage ad of now is 70 % , there is quite a few of no of companies visiting

Exam pattern is quite easy to pass as there is relative grading.
There are multiple events and clubs to participate
From SY only class is about 2-4 hrs everyday and Saturday-Sunday holidays

Dislikes

Metallurgy department Class room's are very small and old
Hostel food sucks tbh, only on sundays we get an option to eat non veg.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students are eligible for pre-placement and after 7-8 semester most of them get place.About 228 companies visited in our college and 530 students were placed.The highest offer made was 87 lacs and averages placement was 12lacs.For metallurgy it was 20lacs and average was 8.5 lacs.About 76.26% students were placed this year. I will look for good package if i don't get then i will start preparing for gate/gre exam for my master.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from starting of the second year. The placements commence then and continue till everyone is placed. Being a young college, the placements are improving on a yearly basis with new companies being onboarded. The average package stands around 12-13LPA.

Remarks:

I had honestly applied in only a selected number of colleges, as I was doing really well in my coaching and was always among the top 2. Since, I was expecting a lot from myself, it created performance pressure and I went blank during the actual CAT examination. So SDA bocconi was among the top 2 options that I had. It is less than a decade old and has still managed to provide good placements. The most fascinating part is the entire semester in Bocconi,Milan which is the 21st best college in the world and 7th in Europe. I also spoke to many aluminis and hardly got to hear anything that will stop me from taking admission in SDA bocconi. Plus, the advantage of the college being in a city like Mumbai has it's own advantages.

The box of life.

Remarks:

College management is highly supportive of student needs. The management listens to student issues and tries to solve it with proper thinking and strategy. The college and the composition, though is extremely dynamic and diverse, students live together peacefully in harmony, supporting and helping each other whenever needed. Though being it's initial stages of setup, the college faces certain issues with placements and internships, but slowly with every batchs learnings, these are also being cured. This ensures that students are always on their toes and ready to take on challenges.
