Usually usually in my time that is 2023 call you admission was to be held without any admission test full stop the student must provide respective marks of the class 12 board exams related to the course and feeling the website for each and every college they want to apply. Merit list is created on the basis of the marks code from various students approaching the college is number of seats are left then each student gets occupied filling the seat and getting admission. But recently I have heard that our state minister have organised a new website where a student can apply to all the colleges falling under Calcutta University and other University as well by feeling up one form and applying directly to the various colleges. A merit list is created on the basis of the college list selected and seats allotted to a particular college if the number of seats are finished in a desert college without the student getting a chance the student can sit from mop up round upgradation round. Behala college is the only college in Kolkata having a NAAC grade of A++ because of the huge infrastructure and facilities I did not apply to admission do I got in to other colleges because of this sole reason....Read More

I also got admission in Sarsuna college but I choose Behala College because it's faculty is better and also campus is better. I did get rejected by Asutosh College because their cutoff was much high than Behala College ....Read More

Good location, A accredited, gud faculty, Gud lab facility. Has a large library with gud reading facility. Lacks gud laboratory, games facility,cateen is not well managed, Building is not well maintained. Some teachers are new inexperienced. Admission was taken on merit. It was easily completed. Pros- It was b+ (now A) accredited college. Fee structure was convenient. Gud lab facility. Good hod. Good location and transportation. Cons- Lack of proper laboratory, Lack of proper theoretical teaching structure. Office staff not so helpful. Lack of extracurricular activities....Read More
