Course Curriculum Overview

The course duration of B. Pharma is 4 years. There was semester exam pattern so A semester exam at the end of the semester and different practical exams was the course exam structure. The college has a big premises, large classrooms and 7-8 laboratories with adequate equipments and tools.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities were quite good. Different hospitals as well as pharma companies visited the college in placement drive such as apologize, serum. Many of the students got placed in reputed hospital or pharma industry.

College Events

Events were the most interesting part of the college. Different festivals as well as independence and republic Day celebrated enthusiastically in the college. Along with this traditional western days and annual functions were also celebrated by the students as well as faculty.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure was quite feasible as compared to other pharmacy colleges. The college fees was about 1.80-2 lakhs per year. I think, talented faculty and facilities provided by the college was the reason behind that. Different scholarship schemes were also available for the talented students.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities were the daily routine of the college. Different workshops on medical advancements conducted by the college regularly. Guest lectures and practical sessions were also arranged daily to enhance the knowledge and skills of the students.

Admission

Karnataka College of Pharmacy - [KCP] is famous Institute in Karnataka for the B. Pharma and M.pharma Courses. After completing 12th I decided to select pharmacy field hence I took the admission for B. Pharma. in Karnataka College of Pharmacy - [KCP].The admission is totally based on 12 th score.

Faculty

The faculty of the college was genius. Each faculty had a great knowledge about his field as well as about pharmacy. They taught us different pharmacy skills and gave valuable knowledge to us. They also supported our every new idea or innovation.

Facility is very qualified. Faculties from IIM are also there. They are very friendly. They gives us extra support and mentorship after class also
College infrastructure is also good. Full of greenery amd calm environment and location is aldo good.
Placement is also good. And ROI is also good as per the fees.

Dislikes

The schedule is very hectic. And hostel timing is also short for returning.

Placement Experience:

Placements are also there 240+ recruiters come for campus placements. Average package is 8 to 9 lakhs and highest package is 17 lakh. We have Industry trajectory programme with big 4 like Kpmg GT etc

I choose computer science and engineering because I'm interested in technology and programming and trsungs so choose computer science and I belive cs is more is more scope and I also need to know how technology solve the real world problem .

I have been from diploma background, after diploma I joined this course as later entry (direct admission to 2nd year). In diploma also, I have studied the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) course. As I know the basic concepts about this course, it is easy for me now to understand the concepts.

Likes

Faculties are highly experienced and ready to help all the time
Good infrastructure with well equipped labs, library, sports
Adds extra curricular activities like teaching AI and other trending topics in college

Dislikes

Washrooms need to be clean and good to use especially for girls hygiene it has to be good
Hostel food is not that great and needs improvement in the quality of food
Thought schedule everyday hard to cope up with everything

Good the teachers find the best ways to make the subject interesting and teach us in the most interesting way they will help the weak students to feel the subject as a cake walk and help all the students out in the same way

It was good professors and friendly teaching staff
Campus life is good, it provide new opportunities and has events and various clubs
Everyone here are good and friendly and is a lovely place to study

Dislikes

Hospital is far from college, which is again not an issue as they send bus service
It can give and provide more opportunities
Hostel facilities can be improved and they can build few more lecture halls

I chose this course because I wanted to help the needy. Also this college provides best education for mbbs to come out with beautiful colours, they provide so many opportunities. There will be three internal assessments and one final university exam

Less fees but wonderful knowledgeful experience

Dislikes

Particular teaching subject wise was not so clear.
Placement training courses coding wise was not that good.
Water facility sometimes was not good but it was ok nothing to dislike

Placement Experience:

1. From 7th semester onwards placement activities start. But from 1st semester itself they start training. 2. Windcare, Rinexx, Wipro, Infosys, A1 fence, Microdegree, Intellipath and so on. 3. Intellipath offers 10 lakh per annum and so on. 4. 85 percent students where getting placed. 5. To start my own venture.

Good ranking of college among other private colleges of India
Best location of college in the silicon valley of India
Various opportunities of internship to students

Dislikes

Campus area of the college is less than expexted
Conditions of hostels and mess is not good
Teachers and professors are not good in explaining concepts to students

Placement Experience:

From the end of 6th semester students become eligible for campus placemets.Many companies visit the campus including Oracle, UI path, etc offering students interships and full time jobs.The highest package offered to the student is 50 lakh per annum from UI Path and the average package of CSE branch is around 10lakh. Nearly 93% of students are placed in various companies.My plans after graduation is to grab a good on campus placement and look forward to my other goals in my life.

An honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.
