Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum for M.Sc in Big Data & Business Analytics is very extensive and has been designed by some of the best professionals in the industry. The duration of this course is 1 year and 4 months in which the students are given practical as well as theory knowledge about the subject.

Placement Experience

The internships and placements opportunities are substantial and students are offered high salary packages and even international job offers. The college has a definite cell catering to internships & placements for students who are constantly working on bringing more and more companies every year with lucrative perks.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for an M.Sc program from INSOFE costs Rs. 16.28 lakhs which is very expensive for students who wish to do Masters from a reputed college. Therefore, the college offers complete or partial scholarships to students based on their sports or academic performance and various other scholarship schemes.

Campus Life

The students at INSOFE are extremely intellectual and talented. All of them are engaged in some or the other activities and there are various societies catering to sports and cultural activities to meet a student? interest. Also the facilities provided at the college are very modern compared to any other colleges in India.

Admission

I got into INSOFE Mumbai for Masters in Big Data & Business Analytics course. Candidates seeking admission in this course should have passed 10+2 with an aggregate of 50% marks. Students have to apply on the Case Western Reserve University admission portal to get an admission in this course. Once this is done, students will be selected based on the marks in their qualifying exam.

The faculty of the college has considerable experience in teaching and learning and are some of the bests in their field of study. The teachers are very particular about the classes and students are expected to maintain a minimum attendance of 75% in each subject for smooth issuance of admit card for examination.

Faculty : The faculty members are knowledgeable , supportive and approachable they guide students in academics practical learning projects and all the other activities
Infrastructure : The college has modern infrastructure well equipped computer labs digital classrooms Wi-Fi a good library and hostel facilities
The gender ratio is also fairly balanced with active participation from both girls and boys in academics events competitions and extracurricular activities

Dislikes

I have had a very positive experience at my college and currently have no major dislikes or complaints
Overall I am satisfied with my college experience and have nothing specific to dislike
My college experience has been positive and I look forward to more Learning opportunities

Placement Experience:

The college provides placement guidance and career development supports to students prepare for employment opportunities. Students receive guidance to improve their technical knowledge communication skills and prepare for the interview. The college has placement opportunities with various well reputed companies and placements sell works towards helping students build their careers.

the cource curriculum is one of the main reason i chose deign as it combine everything creativity research problem solving etc it helped students develope there skills . the project based approach is usefull. the can improve by including more live industry projects and internship upadated tools. the workload is challenging that we have multiple submissions together somtimes.

Environment in college is so good we are encouraged and everything is well in discipline
Infrastructure of the college is best also they maintain hygiene everywhere possible
Teachers aree good and supportive, they help and explain us and are there for us whenever needed

Campus is small this is the only issue I guess

Placement Experience:

As I am currently in my first year, I cannot comment on the actual placement results yet. I plan to develop my coding skills, work on practical projects, and participate in internships and hackathons to improve my employability. My goal is to secure a good placement in the IT industry after completing my B.Tech in Computer Science.

College campus is the most beautiful thing and is favorite among the students
College culture, the amount of events and extra curriculars offered are unbeatable.
The learning facilities are top notch, from labs to classrooms everything is great.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have completed degree in Computer science with Al and analytics as specialization, considering that the course is very relevant and industry specific, there are often industry visits and mentor sessions to learn real time. The exams are conducted thrice every semester two exams are of 20 marks each and final is of 60 marks, the diffculty level is easy to moderate and it also varies student to student.

What ISDI is like

The college has excellent infrastructure and management.
Teachers are a hit or miss. There’s mostly rookie teachers for the first years but as you select your specialization, you’ll only be dealing with a specific set of teachers. Some of them are extremely experienced and some are okay-okay.
The college has excellent industry connections. There’s no better place to network as a student in Mumbai. They have people visiting from all over the world and master classes and talks occurring every now and then.

Dislikes

They’ve increased their intake of students massively. The campus is becoming way too crowded for so many people. They’ve expanded campus into some floors in the hostel which is right across the street.
Everything in the college is slowly getting more and more expensive. They charge large unnecessary fines for things like not bringing your hall ticket or a new ID card or for exam rechecking.
Canteen is wayy too expensive for students like us

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are very good and they have people coming from a diverse range of companies. I am a second year student so I don't know about the exact packages. I plan to identify my strengths by 4th year and get a job in that sector.

BAMS course is undergraduate level course that helps students in mastering in field of ayurveda.This is 4.5 years course.Ayurveda is reaching beyond seas.People have starting accepting Ayurveda and considering it as proper treatment rather than just considering it as therapy.Thus,BAMS aspirants surely have bright future

Mumbai university is one of the well known university in India and the college I got through cap rounds,it is a good college but it didn't fulfilled my expectations.As of it was a neceesity to take admission somewhere in some good college,I took admission here.
