Course Curriculum Overview
Interior Design course curriculum involves a deeper knowledge of architecture, engineering and design that works towards creating functional and beautiful spaces. The three-year course focuses on construction design, fundamentals of engineering and other designing and construction management and design.
Placement Experience
Placements in the college mainly depend on the student? performance. If you don? do well in academics you might face challenges in the placement process, as many of our seniors are unemployed as such.
College Events
Sports day, College day, annual day, workshops, Hostel day, Cultural are usual thing happening every year. Apart from that, many events will be held, Pongal fest will be celebrated very well. The main attraction is the fresher? and farewell parties, organized by seniors and juniors, respectively and many other events
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for each year of the course is Rs 1,00,000 which makes the total fees for the 3-year course Rs 3,00,000. The fee structure is expensive but when you take in account the amenities and the benefits gained from the college it is justified.
Campus Life
Many more other activities are also held in the college which are other than academics. These activities help to increase other skill of student there are many activities such as debate, inter university competitions, sports fest etc
Admission
I had applied directly to the college. BSD conducts a Design Aptitude test for all the interested candidates each year for B.Sc. in Interior design. I had cleared the test with more than 60% grade marks and then I was called for an interview. After which I was selected and had to submit my certificates and pay the fees for the course.
Faculty
Our college consists of expert and qualified faculty who are experienced in their respective fields. Our faculty includes architects, interior designers and scholars that provide quality educational experience.
